摘 要
目前,我国制造企业物流运作现状不佳,物流费用偏高,库存周期较长,物
流设备利用率较低等问题比较突出,迫切需要寻求一种有效的方式提高物流运作
水平,第三方物流服务商凭借专业优势可以为制造企业降低物流成本,提高物流
效率,制造企业选择物流外包这种方式来改变物流运作的现状已显得十分必要。
当前我国的物流市场存在众多类型的第三方物流服务商,提供物流服务齐全,
同时,制造企业凭借信息技术和规范的日常管理可以增强对外包方的控制,减少
外包的负面影响,制造企业内外部具备的条件使物流外包具备现实可行性。
制造企业选择物流外包正在逐渐成为一种趋势,如何确保物流外包的顺利进
行也成为制造企业必须考虑的问题。当前制造企业对物流外包服务商的满意度较
低,物流外包服务商需要增强服务水平来满足外包方的需求,同时,制造企业也
需要加强对服务商的管理促使其按照企业的要求进行物流活动,而选择一家合适
的第三方物流服务商成为制造企业成功管理服务商的首要环节,特别是在我国第
三方物流服务商水平良莠不齐的现实状况下,选择问题对制造企业就显得尤为重
要。
对第三方物流服务商选择问题的研究,国外的起步较早,但是都是针对国外
的市场环境和企业状况,并不符合我国的国情。本研究在国内外相关研究的基础
上,结合浙江省物流市场和企业的现状,试图探索适合浙江省制造企业对第三方
物流服务商的评价选择模型。
本研究在广泛查阅国内外相关文献的基础上,运用问卷调查和实证研究相结
合的方式展开研究。
本研究从物流服务的绩效、第三方物流服务商的实力、第三方物流服务商的
成长力三大指标来设计问卷,在对浙江的制造企业广泛调研的基础上,运用探索
性因子分析法,在三大指标下分别提取出了制造企业选择第三方物流服务商时重
点关注的因素,并建立了评价选择指标体系。
本研究提出招标选择法和层次分析法相结合的方法,并构建了两阶段模型,
即粗选阶段和精选阶段。在粗选阶段,制造企业将本企业的服务需求、可接受价
格与第三方物流服务商的服务范围、报价等进行比较,初步选出符合条件的物流

服务商,并进入精选阶段;在精选阶段,在本研究建立的评价选择指标体系的基
础上,运用层次分析法对第三方物流服务商进行定量的综合评价,并作出选择决
策。
在实证研究部分,详细阐述了本研究建立的两阶段模型在企业的具体应用,
为制造企业如何运用两阶段模型选择第三方物流服务商提供参考。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, the situation of logistics activity in manufacturing enterprises which are
in China is not so good. The problems of high logistics cost, long inventory cycle, low
capacity utilization and so on are in exist, so it is in badly need to find a effective way to
improve the level of logistics in manufacturing enterprises. The third party logistics can
reduce the cost and improve logistics efficiency, relying on professional advantages, so
it is necessary for manufacturing enterprises to choose outsourcing of logistics.
Now, there are many types of third party logistics which can offer logistics services.
At the same time, manufacturing enterprises can enhance the control to the third party
logistics and reduce the negative influence, depending on information technology and
formal management. It is feasible to choose outsourcing of logistics for manufacturing
enterprises because of the internal and external conditions.
It gradually becomes a trend to choose outsourcing of logistics, so it is a
necessary problem for manufacturing enterprises to make sure outsourcing of logistics
go well. Now, manufacturing enterprises are not satisfied with the services of the third
party logistics, so the third party logistics need to improve the level of service and
manufacturing enterprises need to manage the third party logistics well to ensure that it
performs according to the requirements of enterprises. And, choosing an appropriate
third party logistics is the first step for successful management, especially in the
situation that the good and the bad services of the third party logistics are intermingled.
So choosing an appropriate third party logistics is particularly important for
manufacturing enterprises.
The study on the problem of choosing third party logistics is earlier in abroad, but
it is not fit to the situation in our country, for it was studied just according to the market
environment and enterprise condition abroad. This study was based on the latest studies
in abroad and domestic, and combined with the situation of logistics market and the
conditions of manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang province. It tried to establish a

decision-making model for manufacturing enterprises to choose an appropriate third
party logistics.
This study used questionnaire and case study method, on the basis of extensively
reading literatures in abroad and domestic.
This study designed the questionnaire from three aspects: performance of logistics
service, strength of third party logistics, and growing capacity of third party logistics.
On the basis of extensive survey to manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang, this study
used exploratory factor analysis, and extracted factors which manufacturing enterprises
focused on while they were choosing third party logistics. Then, it established an
evaluation and choice system.
This study proposed a method that biding combined with AHP method, and
constructed a two-step model, including rough selection and delicate selection. In rough
selection step, manufacturing enterprises compared the needs of service and acceptable
price with the range and quote of third party logistics, and then selected the eligible
third party logistics. In the delicate selection step, this study used the method of AHP to
evaluate third party logistics comprehensively and made the choice, on the basis of
evaluation and choice system.
In the case study part, this study elaborated the whole process of using two-step
model. It provided reference for manufacturing enterprises how to use this model to
choose an appropriate third party logistics.
