摘 要
随着人们经济条件的不断改善,休闲也越来越融入到人们日常的生活当中,
尤其是城市化水平高的市民生活中,对市民休闲方面的研究在近几年也得到重视。
市民休闲体验效用不仅能够反应市民对休闲企业的服务质量的意见为休闲企业
改善服务提供了依据,而且能够为其他的市民休闲活动提供参考,促进城市休闲
企业持续、健康的发展。
目前,学术界对休闲企业区位管理的研究比较少见,实证方面的研究更是少
见。对于休闲企业的区位因素会不会对市民休闲体验的效用产生影响以及产生多
大的影响缺乏相应的研究。为了找出休闲企业区位因素(信息因素、空间因素、
人文因素和空间因素)对市民体验效用的影响路径及分析其影响作用的大小,本
研究主要做了以下工作:
第一,将区位论引入体验理论研究中来,构建模型研究城市休闲企业区位是
否对市民休闲体验效用产生影响;
第二,在相关文献研究的基础上,引入市民休闲特性作为模型的调节变量,
分析其对于城市休闲企业区位因素(信息因素、空间因素、人文因素和经济因素)
和市民休闲体验效用关系的调节作用;
第三,在前面研究工作的基础上,参考国内外文献制定出最终问卷,通过发
放纸质问卷和网络问卷的方式收回有效问卷 273 份。运用 SPSS 软件进行因子分析、
相关分析及回归分析等多种分析方法对收集到的数据进行处理后,得出以下主要
结论;
(1)城市休闲企业区位因素对市民休闲体验效用有显著的正向影响;
(2)市民休闲特性程度对城市休闲企业的区位和市民休闲体验效用之间的关
系起到了反向调节的作用。
针对研究结论,为城市休闲企业区位的管理工作提出如下建议:
(1)加强对城市休闲企业信息因素的管理,保证所传递的信息的真实性,尽可
能的客观将休闲企业的一些具体信息通过媒体传递给市民;
(2)要对城市休闲企业所处的微观区位状况应该加大重视力度;
(3)抓住城市的人文优势,利用市民容易接受和理解的形式展现出来,激起市
民的共鸣;
(4)充分考虑到市民对价格等经济因素的影响,让产品的定价和市民能接受的
程度相匹配;
(5)重视市民休闲特性的调节作用,积极加强对市民体验效用的正面影响。

文章最后对研究贡献和研究不足做了讨论,并对后续研究方向进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
With the constant improvement of economic conditionsleisure has integrated into
more and more peoples’ daily life, especially into the citizens’ on high urbanization
level. In recent years, more attention has been paid on the study of leisure of citizens.
The utility of citizens’ leisure experience not only response to public leisure views of
the quality of service enterprises provides the basis for leisure enterprises to improve
their service, but also could come up with reference on leisure activities for other
citizens and then, promote the sustainable, healthy development of leisure enterprise.
At present, there’s little academic studies about location management of leisure
enterprises and empirical research is rare. There is lack of relevant study on whether
location of leisure enterprises could impact the utility of citizens’ leisure experience and
how much if impacts exist. With the purpose of finding out the influence paths and its
size between location factors(information factor, space factor, natural factor and
economic factor) of leisure enterprises and utility of citizens’ leisure experience, this
paper has mainly done the following work
Firstthe location theory has been introduced into the study, and model has been
established to analyze whether enterprise’s location impacts the utility of citizens’
leisure experience
Second, on the basis of relevant studies, characters of citizens’ leisure has been
introduced into the paper as a moderator variable , to analyze the intermediary effect
between location factors (information factor, space factor, natural factor and economic
factor) of leisure enterprises and utility of citizens’ leisure experience
Third, the questionnaire is documented out on the basis of previous study. Then
273 questionnaires were collected through paper and internet. According to data
analysis processed by SPSS, the paper draws the following major conclusions:
1Location factors of leisure enterprises have significant positive impact on
utility of citizens’ leisure experience.
2Characters of citizens’ leisure play an negative role between location factors
of leisure enterprises and utility of citizens’ leisure experience.
According to the conclusions, the paper put forwards the following
recommendations on the management of location of leisure enterprises.

(1) strengthen the management of information factor of leisure enterprises to make
sure the authenticity and objectivity of information which enterprises pass on to the
citizens by media.
(2) Pay more attention on the micro-location of leisure enterprises.
(3) Take advantage of natural factor, and release it by forms which are accepted
and understood easily by citizens.
(4) Take the influence of economic factor such as price into account, make the
price of products match with the citizens acceptance.
(5) Emphasize the moderate effecter of Characters of citizens’ leisure, enforce the
positive impact between location factors of leisure enterprises and utility of citizens’
leisure experience
At last, the paper was discussed its contribution and lack, and forecasted the future
study directions.
