巴士物流公司物流成本初探
摘要
如何挖掘物流领域的成本潜力，如何降低物流成本，并通过物流来提升企业的竞争力已
经成为广泛关注的问题。本文通过对巴士公司的物流成本进行分析，研究巴士公司物流成本
高的原因，为管理决策及改进提供支持，以顾客满意为目标，力图总成本最小的前提下，找
出低效率作业的症结所在，采取有效措施进行改善，从而降低企业的物流成本，使企业的价
值最大化。
本文首先研究物流成本的概念和巴士物流公司物流成本的内容，之后对巴士物流公司物
流成本管理现状介绍，分析了企业管理成本混乱，企业标准化、信息化落后，成本会计信息
失真，无物流服务产品成本计算意识是造成目前巴士公司成本比较高的原因，然后深入分析
后指出缺少准确成本信息造成成本管理能力低下，在成本核算上存在制度缺陷，内部体制还
未理顺，计划存在不合理现象是造成目前上述现状的原因，最后本文给出借助现代化信息管
理系统降低物流成本，加强企业职工的成本管理意识，提高管理的整体意识，企业多利用第
三方物流，做好整体规划，构建高效的物流系统是降低巴士物流公司物流成本的途径。

Abstract
How to tap the potential cost of logistics, how to reduce logistics costs and logistics to improve
through the competitiveness of enterprises has become a widespread concern. Based on the bus
company's logistics cost analysis, logistics and high cost of the bus companies the reasons for the
improvement of management decision-making and provide support to customer satisfaction as the
goal, trying to minimize the total cost of the premise, to identify the crux of the low efficiency of
operations take effective measures to improve logistics to reduce costs, maximize the value of the
enterprise.
