摘要
随着经济的全球化的加剧,最终形成了企业、供应商、经销商等复杂的供应
网络,由此可见,对于所有制造企业而言,供应链管理和供应商选择越来越受
到重视。新的形势下,供应链管理中的传统供应商关系受到越来越多的挑战,制
造企业为了实现高质量、低成本、快速反应、柔性生产,就必须更新完善供应商
选择制度,建立新型的合作关系。因此如何选择适合自己企业发展需求的、有良
好发展前景的供应商,同时进行良好的供应链管理,成为企业发展的一个至关
重要的问题。因此,在供应链管理下,探讨如何选择满意的供应商,选取哪些指
标和采用何种方法来对候选供应商进行评估,建立新的合作关系,是非常具有
现实意义的。
本文以讯达电梯有限公司的供应商的选择与评估为研究背景展开的,本文
首先对供应链管理功能、特点和供应商选择的意义进行阐述,然后对现行讯达电
梯有限公司的供应商选择与评估体系存在的问题及原因分析,从评选供应商的
程序方面,分类管理供应商的体系方面,评估供应商的体系方面分析存在的问
题,并针对这些问题指出由于单一的价格驱动短期目标,缺乏对供应商过程能
力的现场考察标准,缺乏对供应商科学的评估方法,缺乏对供应商管理的整体
规划是导致目前存在这些问题的原因,最后从建立战略伙伴供应商的指导思想,
改进供应商评估方法与选择流程,建立战略伙伴供应商评估与激励机制三方面
完善供应商的评估与选择的方式。

Abstract
With the increasing globalization of the economy, and ultimately the formation of the enterprise,
suppliers, distributors and other complex supply network, we can see that, for all manufacturing
enterprises, supply chain management and supplier selection more and more attention. Under the
new circumstances, the traditional supply chain management supplier relationships are more and
more challenges, manufacturing companies in order to achieve high-quality, low cost, rapid
response, flexible production, it must update the sound system for supplier selection, the
establishment of new partnership. Therefore, how to choose their own development needs of
enterprise, there are good prospects for development of suppliers, at the same time a good supply
chain management, enterprise development to become a critical issue. Therefore, supply chain
management, on how to choose the supplier satisfaction, select which indicators and methods to
be adopted to evaluate the candidate suppliers to establish a new partnership is a very practical
significance.
In this paper, Schindler Elevator Co., Ltd. supplier selection and evaluation of the background for

partnership evaluation and incentive mechanism suppliers three perfect supplier evaluation and
selection approach.
