产业集群发展与地方经济增长关系研究

摘 要
本篇论文首先阐述了产业集群的理论研究，包括产业集群的文献综述和产业
集群的内涵、特点和机制等，其次提出产业集群与区域经济增长的相关理论，并
且从市场规模效应、技术和知识溢出效应和社会资本效应来分析了产业集群效应
对区域经济的作用机制，用产业集聚与区域经济增长循环累积关系模型定量分析
二者之间的关系。第三，在用SWOT分析方法对戴南整体经济情况作了介绍的基础
上，将戴南不锈钢产业集群用线性回归分析得出其与戴南经济增长呈正相关关
系，得出产业集群是戴南经济增长的主要力量支撑及产业集聚度越高，区域产出
越大。最后，得出结论并提出进一步政策和进一步研究的相关建议。
结论：戴南镇产业集群通过集群内企业之间的合作网络的形成、企业之间的
竞争、企业之间的相互学习和提供专业人才等途径促进区域创新和区域产业结构
升级；并且产业集群的基础设施投入、产业集群的密集度、科研经费和劳动要素
的投入增加都会不同程度的带来地区生产总值的增加。
建议：创新产业集聚、延伸的内在机制，强化企业集群效应和整体实力；积
极主动融入全球价值链，加快国际性产业集群的培育发展；创新政府服务，为产
业集群发展提供良好的外部环境。但是由于该论文研究存在不足和产业集群的发
展本身对区域也有负效应，所以有待进一步研究。

ABSTRACT
This paper firstly described the theory of industrial cluster, including industrial
clusters literature 、industrial clusters content, characteristics and mechanisms.secondly it
proposed the relevant theory between industrial clusters and regional economic growth,
analyzed the effection on the mechanism of the regional economy from the market size
effect, technology and knowledge spillovers and social capital, and got Quantitative
Analysis between industrial cluster and regional economic growth. Thirdly, papers
introduced Dainan the overall economic situation using SWOT analysis method, and
concluded the result that there were a positive correlation between Dainanhe stainless steel
and economic growth, industry clusters would promote economic growth of DaiNa and it
was a major force in supporting economic growth , the higher the degree of industrial
concentration would result the greater the regional output. Finally,papers gave the
conclusions and further propose policy and recommendations for further research.
In a conclusion, Dainan industrial cluster through the network of cooperation between
enterprises 、competition 、mutual learning professionals and other means promotes
regional innovation and regional industrial upgrading; what’s more,industrial clusters
infrastructure investment, industrial clusters on the intensity of the elements of research
funding and labor inputs increase will bring about different levels of GDP growth.
Some suggestions are given. Firstly,we should make a innovation of the internal
mechanism between industrial agglomeration and extending, and strengthen the cluster
effect and the overall strength; Secondly,we should make a active attitude into global value
chains and speed up the cultivation of an international industry cluster development;Last
but not the least,we should innovate the government services, providing a good external
environment for the industrial cluster development. However, due to shortcomings of the
thesis research and industrial clusters for regional development itself has a negative effect,
it remains to be studied further.
