ABSTRACT
Since 2002, large-scale merger of the domestic air transport industry has
established a state-owned airline market players, its trunk the absolute superiority in the
market to private airlines and local airlines face tremendous pressure of survival.In
order to open up new markets to avoid direct competition with the state-owned airlines,
access to new profit growth point, improve the overall competitiveness of regional
aviation as the plight of the new private airline choice.Although the extension market
potential, but on how to select market strategies to achieve sustained growth of profits,
is now placed in front of all airlines operating feeder problem.This will be an example
of Hainan Airlines Extension business development, combined with my years of
experience in the airline, the domestic branch of the initial stage of development, the
Hainan Airlines Extension business development marketing strategies.
In this paper, an extension of mature foreign and domestic regional aviation
development model the development of regional aviation experience to strategic
management theory as a guide, combined with Hainan Airlines extension of existing
