摘 要
随着我国经济持续稳定发展人们积累的财富不断增加,储蓄再也不被人们
当作唯一的投资方式,而更多的选择如基金、股票、债券、保险、银行理财产品应运
而生。经济的发展和市场竞争也要求国内商业银行扩展业务领域、寻求新的利润增
长空间,多样性的个人金融需求和多元化的金融资产格局正在逐步形。商业
行个人理财业务作为商业银行的一项新兴的中间业务具有独特的优势发展迅速。
对国内商业银行而言,个人理财业务是一项新兴业务,它是一种综合金融
务,是指专业理财人员收集客户多方面的资料,明确客户理财目标和风险属性
为客户量身制定理财方案,满足客户一生不同阶段需求,使其最终实现人生在
务上的自由、自主、自在。与国外个人理财业务相比,我国的商业银行个人理财业
务还处于初级阶段,理财水平较低,存在一系列的问题。现行的制度限制了银
个人理财业务创新的空间,产品同质化现象严重,理财业务层次不高,理财需
和文化制约发展,理财风险控制有待加强等。
正是基于以上背景,国内商业银行个人理财业务目前存在的主要问题、如何
解决这些问题、今后如何开展、发展前景怎样,都是本文要探讨的和研究的目的。
我作为一名银行理财工作人员,站在商业银行角度以商业银行个人理财业务发
展为研究对象,共分为六部分进行分析研究。绪论部分介绍了文章的研究背景、
意义、文献综述和研究方法。理论部分阐述了投资组合理论、资本资产定价模型、
生命周期理论和市场细分理论,并对理论在银行个人理财业务中的应用进行了
分析。第三部分从国内中间现状入手,重点阐述了银行个人理财业务的现状并分
析了个人理财业务目前存在的问题。案例分析部分列举了两个案例进行分析,第
某银2011特定客户发售一款产品举例,从
品发售对象、投资方向、风险、益计算等方面进行了分析。个案例是为
客户制作理财规划随后文章对前面提出的问题,提出改善银行自身个人理
财业务的对策及建议最后文章进行了结并对今后理财业务的发展进行了
,以期对今后国内商业银行理财业务的发展提供有价参考借鉴

ABSTRACT
Along with our country economy continuous and steady developmentthe accumulated
wealth of people continue to increase and people is not longer satisfied with the savings
as the only mode of investment. Funds stocks bonds insurance bank financing
products provide people with a more choice . Financial needs and cultural restrict
financial business development and financial risk control needs to be strengthened.
Personal financial needs in the diversification and financial assets multiplication pattern
is gradually forming. As an emerging commercial bank middle service of commercial
Banks' personal financial management business, rapid development has unique
advantages.
In domestic commercial Banks, the personal financial management business is a new
business. It is a comprehensive financial service. It is to point to professional financial
personnel collect customers’ various material, to make clear the customer financial
goals and risk attribute, for the customer tailor financial plans to meet customer demand
at life different stages. Banks enable customers to finally realize life in financial
freedomindependence and comfort. Compared with the personal financial management
business abroad . China’s commercial Bankspersonal financial management business
is still at the primary stage. Financial management level is low and there are a series of
problems. The existing system has limited the personal financial management business
innovation space. Product’s homogeneity phenomenon is seriously and financial
management business level is not high.
Based on the above background domestic commercial Banks' personal financial
management business exist many problems. How to develop and prospect in the future
is what will be discussed and the purpose of the research. As a bank financial personnel,
I stood in the commercial bank angle for commercial bank individual financing business
development as the research object. The article is divided into six parts.
Backgroundsignificance summarizing literatures and research methods are introduced
in the introduction. The theory described section portfolio theory the capital asset
pricing modelthe life cycle theory and market subdivision theory. The theory of the
personal financial management business in bank’s application is analyzed. The third
part first introduced the domestic middle business status. And then this paper expounds
the present situation of the personal financial management business and analyzes the
existing problems. Case analysis section lists two cases. The one is a bank for 2011 with
releasing of specific customer a structured finance product and the other is making
financial planning for the customer. Then according to front proposed the question, the
article proposed countermeasures and Suggestions. Finally this paper summarizes and
the full text of the development of financial management business in the future was
prospected. Hoping to future domestic commercial bank financial business development
it can provide valuable reference.
