摘 要
专利作为企业重要技术资源,直接影响企业的竞争力。企业之间建立专利联盟 ,
进行专利资源共享和协同管理,从而能够有效地利用专利信息,为企业提高自
创新能力、竞争能力带来了质的飞跃。专利检索是获取专利资源信息的主要途径,
本文通过研究国内外著名的专利信息检索系统,了解到目前使用的专利检索系
普遍存在检索查全率和查准率偏低、智能化不高,以及无法在海量的专利信息
准确定位相似专利和相关知识、不能体现用户个性化搜索等不足。本体作为一种能
在语义和知识层次上描述信息系统的概念模型的建模工具得到越来越多的应用
本文在研究介绍本体的相关技术的基础上,结合计算机支持下的协同技术,设
并构建了专利本体库,并结合“同步工程”系统方法来提出一种协同进化构建
体库的方法分别对关键模块的设计和实现做了深入研究,体现用户与用户之间
用户与机器之间的协同交互,通过Web 2.0相关技术设计并实现了基于协同构建的
专利本体的专利信息检索系统。本文的主要工作包括以下几点:
1.研究并阐述了本体的相关理论以及应用现状,结合专利信息检索需求和国
际专利分类表的特点,采用Protégé建立初始专利本体库,引入了专利“关联体”
的概念来解决产品所具有的相同概念的多种描述问题,通过机器主动挖掘相关
体概念与关系,提高建立本体速度,减轻了本体的维护和更新工作。以家电类
品为例,并主要对电视机类进行细化,构建了初始本体。用来详细说明专利信
本体的建立和OWL语言描述。
2.结合基于本体的用户偏好模型,为实现满足专利信息的个性化检索,相关
专利知识推送以及专家知识组社群的构建奠定基础。
3.将计算机支持的系统技术包括信息协同、流程协同以及计算协同三方面技术
运用到协同构建专利本体库中,改进传统的构建本体方式,提出了“同步”的
式并进一步结合计算机对本体概念与关系的发掘方法,给出了一个本体库的协
建立方法,以减少领域专家的投入以更适应企业需求。
4相似,结合专
模型树,通过对语义相似性算法的比较和研究,提出对结合基于专利本体的语
相似性的协同过滤算法来实现较为精确的相似专利以及相关知识的确定和推荐
并通过实例验证其有效性。

ABSTRACT
Patents, as important technical resources of the enterprises, have a direct impact
on the competitiveness of enterprises. With patents alliance built and patents resources
shared among the enterprises, they will be capable of using the patents information
effectively and have a great improvement in independent innovation and
competitiveness.
Patents retrieval is a main approach to get the patents resource information, With
an overall compare and analysis of some famous patent retrieval systems at home and
aboard, we find there are some weaknesses in their low intelligentization hierarchy and
accuracy in the process of searching results of present extensively employed patent
retrieval systems.Morever, they are unable to locate related similar patents information
and knowledgement and lack of personalized search. In this paper, a patent relevant
ontology storehouse is built based on the introduction of some techniques of ontology
and discussion of the techniques in CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative), and a
method of "parallel” collaborative in building the Ontology storehouse is designed. A
patent retrieval system is built with the application of self-organization theory through
the techniques of Web 2.0.The main works of this paper are as below:
Firstly, researches and expounds the theories and usage of the ontology, combined
with the demands of patent retrieval and characteristics of the IPC (International Patent
Classification), Protégé is used to set up the initial ontology storehouse of the patent; A
concept of patent's "Relevant Ontology" is introduced to solve the problems in multiple
descriptions of the patent with same concept addressed by the mapping function .In that
case, a connection is set up between the ontology storehouse and patent information
database, which will reduce the bulk of the maintenances and updating work. An
example of digital color TV is taken and classified to build initial ontology which is to
describe the details of the build of patent information ontology and the description of
OWL language.
Secondly, a user preference model is built based on ontology to meet the
personalized search and knowledge Push of the related of patent information, and build
a foundation of the expertise patent and knowledge community.
Thirdly, with the technology of CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative Work),
which is including information, flow, calculation coordination technologies, a
collaborative ontology patent storehouse is built, with putting forward a "parallel"
collaborative construction method of the ontology storehouse, and Combines the
principle of self-organization theory, a related ontology storehouse is set up with the
self-organizing methods in order to reduce the work of experts to suit to business needs
better.
Finally, the determining way of similar patent and related knowledge is described in
details, combines patent model tree built with the characteristics of patent literatures,
and Compares with the semantic similarity algorithm, a collaborative filtering algorithm
based on the semantic similarity of the patent ontology is proposed to realize confirm
and recommend the more precise and similar patents and knowledge, then verifies its
effectiveness through example.
