基于第三方支付的驾校信用评价体系研究
——以杭州下沙驾校为例
摘要:在驾校行业竞争日趋激烈的同时,信用问题层出不穷,成为阻碍该行业进一
步快速发展的重要因素。近年来,驾校“超载”运行,各地发展不平衡,教练收受红包,
教学质量偏低,驾校管理不规范,缺乏完善的管理制度,贿赂考官,严重违反驾考的公
平公正等问题屡见不鲜。引入第三方支付平台的设想意在帮助该行业构建一个信用评价
体系,有助于挖掘更大的市场发展潜力,有利于驾校规范和健康运行。本文通过分析驾
校存在的信用问题,套用信息不对称理论解释成因,运用博弈论分析不同的经济约束对
交易双方的影响,在研究第三方支付平台中信用关系的基础上,提出了一个信用评价理
论框架并通过问卷调查和案例分析进行研究。

Based on the introduction of third-party payment driving research of credit
evaluation system
Abstract: Driving school industry is growing rapidly while credit issue has become an
important factor to hindering the further development of driving school industry. In recent years,
the driving school industry appeared in series of problems. The phenomenon of driving
"overload",the unbalanced development,coach received a red envelope, teaching quality is low,
driving school management is not standard, the lack of perfect management system,bribing the
examiner occurred commonly. The introduction of third-party payment platform can help
business to have greater potential for development. In this paper, we analyze credit issue and
credit evaluation issue in driving school industry and build a credit evaluation theoretical
framework based on the analysis of credit factors, then took the survey way of questionnaire for
empirical analysis. On the basis of credit relations in the third-party payment platform,we
proposed a credit evaluation theory framework and research through questionnaire
investigation and case analysis with asymmetric information theory,using the game theory
analysis of the different economic constraints to the influence of both parties.
