摘 要
21 世纪伴随着社会经济的快速发展,资源、环境、人口成为当今社会三大问
题,尤其是环境资源问题甚为严重。因此,为了保护人类共同生活的地球,减少
废弃污染物的排放,走可持续发展道路,越来越多的国家和地区开始关注废旧物
品的回收利用,闭环供应链因此应运而生。
闭环供应链的产生给社会带来了进步,也为众多企业带来了获得更多经济利
益的机会,采用闭环供应链可以减少企业生产成本,为企业增加利润,提高企业
顾客满意度,同时还可以让企业与国家立法保持高度一致,走可持续发展的道路。
本文主要研究在不确定条件下基于收入与费用共享的三级闭环供应链,首先
引出三级闭环供应链的概念,然后对基于多类回收商的产品回收问题进行研究,
对零售商单独回收、第三方回收商单独回收以及零售商和第三方回收商共同回收
三种回收方式进行了比较分析,得出结论:在两方共同回收时制造商、零售商以
及第三方回收商各自得到的利润最优,而且系统利润也是最大的;在集中决策时
系统总利润、零售价、回收价都是高于分散决策时的情况;回收商数量越多对系
统总利润贡献力越大,并给出了扩大回收的政策及建议。
由于分散决策时 Stackelberg 均衡不是最优的,所以存在协调系统总利润的可
能。本文采用改进了的收入与费用共享契约对闭环供应链进行协调,当市场需求
是随机的,零售商及第三方回收商之间存在竞争情况下,给出了在分散决策下能
使三方都得到满意结果的协调比例系数,并通过实例给出了不同的消费者对回收
价格的敏感系数

本文最后一部分则是首次将模糊贝叶斯决策方法运用于闭环供应链中,根据
不同的模糊补充信息得出由不同的回收商进行回收的回收方案。文中先给出了基
于模糊贝叶斯决策方法的整个信息样本模糊化的过程以及闭环供应链的应用建
模过程,最后由应用实例验证了模糊贝叶斯决策方法可以很好的解决闭环供应链
中回收商的确定方案。

ABSTRACT
During the 21st century, resources, environment, population have become the
three major problems with the rapid socio-economic development, especially the
environmental and resources. In order to protect the earth, reduce the waste materials
and keep sustainable developingA growing number of countries and districts started
to pay attention on recycling of waste materials, and the closed-loop supply chains
have emerged.
The closed-loop supply chain's development has not only brought great influence
on society, but also created more opportunities for many enterprises to get more
economic benefits Using closed-loop supply chain can reduce production costs,
increase profits for enterprises, improve business customer’s satisfaction, maintain a
highly consistency with the national legislation and take the policy of sustainable
development.
Firstly, this paper studies the three closed-loop supply chain under the uncertain
condition based on revenue and expenses sharing. First the concept of three
closed-loop supply chain is presented, and then the recycling of product from different
collectors is studied. Comparing separate recovery of retailers, separate recovery of
the third-party recyclers and joint recovery of both sides, we obtain that manufacturers,
retailers and third-party collectors get the optimal profits of their own when the two
sides recycle jointly, and the system can also get the maximum profit. Total profits,
retail price and recycling price under a centralized decision-making situation are
higher than a decentralized decision-making situation. More collectors can bring more
contribution of the profit to the system.At last, the policies and proposals about
expansion and recovery are given.
As the Stackelberg equilibrium is not optimal balance under decentralized
decision-making, it is possible to coordinate the profits. By use of improved revenue
and expenses sharing contract, this paper coordinates the three closed-loop supply
chain. When the market demand is random, there is competition between the
third-party collectors and retailers. We obtain the tripartite coordination coefficients
which can satisfy all the three sides simultaneously. The scope of the ratio range,
which is based on the different sensitivity coefficient

,are obtained through examples. The realistic significance is
demonstrated.
Finally, the fuzzy Bayesian decision method is applied to closed-loop supply
chain for the first time. Recovery scheme by different collectors is derived according
to different fuzzy supplementary information. First, the entire information sample
process based on fuzzy Bayesian decision-making method is given, and then the
application modeling process is presented. At last, an example was used to prove that
the fuzzy Bayesian decision-making method can solve the closed-loop supply chain in
the determination of recycling programs well.

§1.1.1 闭环供应链
环境、资源、人口是当今人类社会面临的三大问题,尤其是环境和资源问题,
不仅是确保经济社会可持续发展的基本条件,而且直接涉及到人类的生存质量,
因此保护生态环境、节约资源、合理使用资源是保证人类社会持续发展的长期战
略。在此背景下,越来越多的国家和地区纷纷开始颁布环境保护法律法规和采购
指令,要求生产企业对产品生命周期全过程负责,尤其是废旧产品的回收利用。
由此闭环供应链应运而生,所谓闭环供应链就是在传统供应链的基础上将产
品从制造商流通到消费者,消费者又将废旧产品经回收商退回给制造商,最后制
造商将回收的废旧产品进行检测/筛选、再处理、再配送、报废处理或再造所形成
的一个封闭的产品供应链
