摘 要
Web2.0理念的出现不仅改变了人们对互联网的认识,也改变了人们的生活方
式,甚至改变了世界。在这样的背景下,本文以近年来互联网中出现的大量Web2.0
系统为研究对象进行了研究。
首先,通过国内外Web2.0发展状况的比较,对主要的几类Web2.0系统进行了
分析,总结出Web2.0系统的四个主要特点。基于CAS理论提出了反映它们之间对
应关系的Web2.0系统模型。并从人的信息活动层次理论角度给予Web2.0系统一个
哲学层面的解释,提出了要提升此类系统层次所需要注意的因素。
其次,分析了信息系统和信息技术的发展趋势;同时找出目前信息系统开发
方法上的不足。面对目前并没有专门针对Web2.0信息系统的开发设计方法,根据
前文的理论分析,结合系统科学和动态系统开发思想,提出了Web2.0信息系统开
发设计方法。该方法分为核心业务流、外部反馈、内部控制三大部分。
再次,在面对Web2.0信息系统中多类主体间的聚类问题,通过分析比较聚类
方法优劣,得出复杂网络聚类方法比较适合解决目前出现Web2.0系统中多类主
体的聚类问题。该方法的引入体现了人机结合的优势,并与2模式网络拆分算法结
合对Web2.0信息系统进行了分析研究。
最后,根据前文提出的设计方法,选用适于敏捷开发的Ruby语言、RORRuby
On Rails)开发框架、及相关Web开发技术为工具,对联业服务信息系统原型进行
了设计和实现,同时给出系统运行的基础构架。在对系统的实现和分析中,说明
了采用新工具给开发带来的优势;同时对内部控制部分的2模式网络拆分算法进行
了实现,并验证了该算法在解决Web2.0信息系统中多类主体间聚类问题有效性。
在文章结尾处对全文进行了总结,并对信息系统设计方法和Web2.0系统的发
展趋势做出了展望。

ABSTRACT
The emergence of Web2.0 philosophy not only changed people's awareness of the
Internet, but also changed people's way of life, and even changed the world. Against this
background, this paper researches a large number of Web2.0 systems which appear in
recent years as research Objects.
First of all, the author analyses major kinds of web2.0 systems by comparing with
the development of web2.0 at home and abroad, and summaries four main features of
them. Proposes web2.0 system model which reflects the corresponding relationships
between them based on the CAS theory, and explains web2.0 systems from the
perspective of philosophy based on people's information activity levels theory, put
forwards factors that improve the level of this kind of system.
Secondly, the third part of this paper analysis information systems and the
development trend of information techniques; and verifies the shortcomings of current
information systems development methodology. There is no specialized Web2.0
information system development design method nowadays. Author puts forwards a
Web2.0 information system development design method based on the previous
theoretical analysis, the combination of system science and dynamic system
development methods is a plus. This method is divided into three parts: core business
flows, external feedback and internal control.
Thirdly, for the clustering problem which have two or three types of different
agents in Web2.0 information system, the author concludes that complex networks is
more suitable for solving this kinds of problem in the web2.0 information system by
comparing the advantages and disadvantages of clustering methods. The method reflects
the advantages of man-machine integration, and combined with 2-mode network split
algorithm analyzes the Web2.0 information systems.
Finally, based on previously proposed design methodology, this article selects
some related development tools, such as Ruby, ROR (Ruby on Rails) development
framework and Web development techniques. Author designs and implements the
Union-Multi-Industry Information System (UMIIS) prototype, and establishes the basic
framework of the system. During the process of system’s implementation and analysis,
it shows the advantages by the use of these new tools; meanwhile 2-mode network split
algorithm in the internal control part is achieved, and verify the validity of this
algorithm in solving the clustering problem in Web2.0 information system.
A conclusion is given at the end of this thesis, and prospects the development trend
of information system design methods and web2.0 information systems.

§1.1 研究的背景和意义
四年一度的美国总统大选已尘埃落定《纽约时报》发表了David CarrBrian
Stelter联合署名的分析文章《Web2.0世界的美国总统大选》,文章中称,在Web 2.0
时代2008美国总统大选中,网络新媒体发挥了重要的作用。许多影响2008年美
国大选的媒体新秀在2004年时还不存在。那时YouTube(美国Google旗下的在线视
频网站)还不存在,Facebook(目前美国最具影响力的社会关系网站)的影响力
也比不上常春藤联盟。而如今奥巴马在Facebook拥有一个包含230万拥护者的群组;
根据统计公司TubeMogul表示,提及奥巴马或麦凯恩的YouTube视频已经被观看了
23亿多次。奥巴马的当选也创造了许多个第一:美国第一个黑人总统,第一个拒
绝使用政府提供的公共竞选资金8400万美元)的总统候选人,奥巴马成为了美
国第一个“互联网总统”——他的竞选极大地利用了互联网Web2.0的优势,吸引
了大量的“长尾”和草根力量。奥巴马筹集了超过5.2亿美元的竞选经费,是历史
上筹集竞选资金最多的总统的数倍之多!这在美国深受金融危机影响的背景下可
以说一个奇迹。据估计这些资金超85%来自互联网,其中绝大部分是不足100
元的小额捐款。而这些捐几十美元的和捐几千美元的人的投票权是一样的[1]不难
看出世界正被这股信息技术的浪潮所改变,所有人的生活也在不知不觉中发生着
变化。跟随着这股热浪,中国的Web2.0发展与美国同样处于快速发展的时期,根
据艾瑞咨询iUserTracker的数据显示,博客、社区、网络视频等Web2.0服务是目前
中国网民上网的主要应用之一,其中,200712月的数据显示,76.8%使用过博
客,仅次于即时通讯和搜索引擎。而社区、视频分享的用户规模同样增长稳定,
2007年视频分享和网络社区的月度覆盖人数分别达到10139.2万人和13092万人。
量的基Web2.0理念的互联网服务应用系统在不断出现。这是又一次网络泡沫,
还是真正意义上理念的改变?我们需要从更深的层次上来思考这个问题。
面对越来越复杂多样化的信息技术和越来越复杂的互联网信息系统,人们逐
渐发现习惯的片段思维和传统的基于“高效源于控制”的简单思维方式越来越难
处理和适应这种日益增长的复杂性[2]传统的信息系统正由于这样的原因往往在设
计之初就缺少系统的整体规划和目标,忽视了系统中人和社会环境等不可控的因
素的影响,表现在只重视技术和算法而忽略了用户的群体智力和经验输入的综合、
只重视系统功能的设计而忽略了用户之间协同协作的需要、只重视系统本身功能
的设计而轻视系统之间的交互协作等倾向。
