“十二五规划明确指出“十二五期(2011-2015 是深化改革、
加快转发展式的期,划要坚持把构战性调作为加

业结构合理化和高度化是级的两个,分从横向和纬度衡量产业
结构升级的效果本文在分业结升级的标准基础上于静投入
出模业结构级指测度并根据增长建立电子商
务和产的关式,用证明子商务产业促进用。后本文
回归法就子商务业结升级的影响了实证分,结果表明电
子商务结构合理化和高度都有积极促进作用,且对业结构高度
的作用合理化。接着析了商务进产业级的原因

ABSTRACT
According to the 12th Five Year Plan published recently, the five years from 2011
to 2015 is the crucial time to accelerate speed of transforming economy development
model, during which strategic readjustment of economy structure should be regarded as
the main aim. As an important part of economy structure of Industry structure,
readjustment and upgrading of industry structure affect the whole economy structure
and guarantee quality of economy development. When advanced information
technology was used in the economy filed, there immerged E-Commerce, which
presents advanced productivity and product pattern. It provides brand-new train of
thought, way and method in term of industry structure reform, becoming one of the
curial forces driving national structure upgrading.
The paper firstly reviews the history of industry structure readjustment in China,
analyses problems in the readjustment, and briefly discusses development history and
current situation of E-Commerce. Then the paper discusses the relation between
E-Commerce and structure rationalization and supererogation respectively, in order to
find out E-commerces impact on industry upgrading. As the two aspects of industry
upgrading, structure rationalization and supererogation measure the effect of upgrading
from differed angles. The paper proves that E-Commerce can effectively promote
structure rationalization and supererogation with the model of input-output. In chapter 5,
with the method of empirical analysis, it proves E-Commerces positive effects on
structure upgrading, followed with the way how it imposes effects. First of all,
E-Commerce is helpful in clearing the market and optimizing material distribution
among industries and in certain industry. Secondly, it accelerates value chain of the
industry to disassemble, restructure and combine, and push the industry to work more
effectively. Meanwhile, E-Commerce plays a part in structure supererogation. On one
hand, it helps to raise industry quality and structure supererogation in certain industry.
On the other hand, it promotes development of service and new industries, and then
structure supererogation among industries. In the six chapter, the paper analyses
E-Commerces effect on structure upgrading, and comes to the conclusion that
E-Commerce can prominently promote structure upgrading, with more effects on
structure supererogation. Finally, the paper raises some feasible suggestions to speed up
structure upgrading through development of E-Commerce, such as to accelerate
construction of E-Commerce infrastructure and environment, set up and improve
supporting facilities, and deepen its blending with industries.
