Firstly, use the blind source separation technology to separate the partial brain
potential signals of the visual mice under a state of awake. Secondly, use the daubechies
(bd) wavelet to separate the partial brain potential signals of the visual mice under a
state of awake. By doing these, the brain potential associated with visual stimulation
signals, and the brain potential associated with respiratory signal will be separated.
According to the separation of the brain potential associated with visual

(VEC) model will be built. First of all, carry on the time series stationary of augmented

difference; after that, the VEC model will be built. Lastly , use the impulse response

It can be concluded from the analysis that the mice reaction to EEG is biggest
when the mice are under the state of vision and awake. The effect of visual stimuli to

more intense to the little mouse potential signal, That is to say ,the mice of partial brain
potential signals in the visual perception is affected by the visual stimuli .While the
impact of the brain potential associated with respiratory signal to the little mouse
potential signal is negative correlation ;and there is a big effect of the brain potential
associated with visual stimulation signals to the brain potential associated with
respiratory signal ,to be a positive effect .the brain potential associated with visual
stimulation signals can enhance the brain potential associated with respiratory
signal ;Visual stimulus has an influence to the breathing rate, and the stronger the visual
stimulation, the faster the mice breathing .there is also a big effect of the brain potential
associated with respiratory signal to the brain potential associated with visual
stimulation signals ; When the breath enhances ,the brain potential associated with
respiratory signal can enhance the brain potential associated with visual stimulation
signals ;In a word ,The faster the breathing , the bigger the brain potential associated
with visual stimulation signals.
There a causal relationship between the brain potential associated with respiratory
signal and the brain potential associated with visual stimulation signals. It can predict
each other between the brain potential associated with respiratory signal and the brain
potential associated with visual stimulation signals .the brain potential associated with
visual stimulation signals is the Granger of the partial brain potential signals of the

doesn’t have causal relationship and can’t predict each other between the brain potential
