掺钢渣-石灰石粉的绿色混凝土抗冻及耐火研究

摘 要
混凝土是当前工程建设中一种必不可少、使用数量最多、范围最广的建筑材
料。伴随可持续发展观念的深化,绿色混凝土的应用也随之普遍。绿色混凝土的
本质不仅在于保护环境,而且能够节约资源,因此其发展迅速,尤其是掺加矿物
掺合料的绿色混凝土。钢渣是炼钢的副产物,石灰石粉是骨料加工过程中的副产
物,两者均价廉量多,且都具有跟水泥相似的矿物组成,具备作为矿物掺合料掺
加在混凝土中的条件。此外,随着中国经济发展、城市化进程的加快,越来越多
的钢渣、石灰石粉等废料得不得合理利用而长期占用地方,污染环境。因此,研
究掺加钢渣和石灰石粉的绿色混凝土性能至关重要。混凝土的耐久性是混凝土性
能的重要组成部分,而混凝土的抗冻性是混凝土耐久性的关键性能之一,此外,
随着目前建筑火灾的频频出现,研究混凝土的耐火性很有必要。本文从绿色环保
的角度出发,以钢渣和石灰石粉作为混凝土的矿物掺合料,主要进行了以下工作:
1)近年来,水泥用途越来越广泛,在工业建筑,民用建筑,交通工程,
利工程,核电工程,国防建设等相关领域均有发展和应用。本文以钢渣掺量固定,
不同掺量和细度的石灰石粉取代水泥的试块为研究对象,研究不同养护龄期的水
泥砂浆相关力学性能的变化规律。研究得到了石灰石粉细度及掺量、养护龄期、
钢渣掺量、水泥品种对水泥砂浆性能的影响,并探讨了石灰石粉的最佳掺量以及
影响因素。
2)在使用中,混凝土的力学性能对建筑结构具有重大作用。本文以在同一
石灰石粉掺量下,不同掺量的钢渣取代水泥后配置的混凝土为研究对象,研究冻
融循环和高温后的力学性能。
3)通过以上试验,对钢渣-石灰石粉复掺的混凝土有了详细了解。基于此,
MATLAB 软件,对混凝土性能进行回归与预测。
本文研究了钢渣和石灰石粉复掺的水泥砂浆相关的力学性能,钢渣和石灰石
粉复掺的混凝土的力学、抗冻和耐火性能。通过试验得出了钢渣掺量以及冻融循
环对混凝土抗冻性能的变化规律,钢渣掺量以及高温对混凝土耐火性能的变化规
律。以图表及文字的形式展现了混凝土性能的变化规律,并由试验数据推导出相
应的二元二次公式,这对混凝土性能的预测具有良好的实用意义,对掺钢渣-石灰
石粉的绿色混凝土的后续应用具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
In modern engineering construction, concrete material is one kind of
building materials, which is indispensable, the maximal dosage and the most
useful. With the deepending of the idea of sustainable development, concrete is
developing towards the direction of green concrete. The essence of green
concrete is that it not only can protect environment, but also can save resources,
so its development is rapid, especially the green concrete adding mineral
admixtures. Steel slag is a outgrowth of steelmaking, and limestone powder is
the by-product in the process of aggregate processing, which are quantity and
cheap. Both have similar mineral composition with cement, and have the
condition as mineral admixtures. With the accelerated development of Chinese
economic development and urbanization, more and more waste steel slag and
limestone powder is not reasonable use and takes place for a long time, they
are harmful to the environment. So the research on steel slag and limestone
powder as mineral admixture of concrete performance is very important. The
frost resistance of concrete is one of the key performance of concrete durability,
and frost damage is the important factors which influences the durability of
concrete. In addition, with the current building fire appeared frequently,
we need to study the fire resistance of concrete. In this essay, from the angle
of green concrete, with steel slag and limestone powder as mineral admixtures,
do the following work:
(1) In recent years, cement is widely used in industrial architechture,
civil construction, traffic engineering, water conservancy project, port engineering,
nuclear engineering, national defense construction and other new types of
industrial and engineering construction. This paper studies the fixed steel slag
content, different mixing amount and fineness of limestone powder to replace
cement, cement mortar in different curing aggregated mechanical properties
change rule. We got the limestone powder fineness as well as the study content,
maintenance period age, steel slag amount, cement type on the performance of
cement mortar, and discusses the optimum content of limestone powder and the
influencing factors.
(2) Concrete in use process, the physical properties of engineering structure
has an important effect. This paper studies under the same limestone powder
content, different mixing amount of steel slag to replace the configuration of the
cement concrete, the freeze-melting circulation as well as high temperature
mechanical properties.
(3) Through the above test, the concrete performance with steel slag-
limestone powder can be detailed understanding. On account of the MATLAB
software, regression as well as prediction of concrete performance is provided.
This test studies the mechanical behavior of steel slag as well as limestone
powder cement mortar, the mechanical performance, frost resistance and high
temperature resistant performance of concrete with steel slag and limestone
powder. Steel slag content obtaining from the test and freeze-thaw cycle effect
on the properties of concrete frost ability, use level of steel slag and melt
temperature on the properties of concrete resistance to high temperature influence
in the form of a graph and text showing the change rule of concrete
performance are presented in this paper. the test data of the corresponding
binary quadratic formula is deduced, which has practical meaning to forecast
concrete property, and subsequent application of green concrete with the steel
slag and limestone powder is vital.
