摘 要
随着我国高等教育大众化趋势的到来,高等学校的创业教育在开发和提高学
生的创业基本素质,培养和提高学生的生存能力、竞争能力和创业能力的同时,
对深化高等教育体制改革,促进高等教育发展和加速高等教育大众化趋势上都有
着重要而深远的意义。但由于历史、传统及现行教育体制等原因,我国高校创业
教育仍处于起步和试点阶段,创业教育的目标定位、学科内容及课程体系、教育
途径与形式、教育实践基地等方面还存在着诸多问题,这在很大程度上影响并制
约着创业教育的顺利开展。因此有必要对高校创业教育的有效实施进行新的探索,
从而来保证创业教育在我国高校的有效实施。
本论文由我国高校创业教育实施状况不理想这一问题出发,从环境、教学、
管理、服务四个层面剖析了我国高校创业教育实施不理想的原因所在,指出我国
高校创业教育发展所面临的最大困境是缺乏较为全面的体系上的保障,只有建立
强有力的推动创业教育发展的体系,才能有效保证创业教育在我国高校的有效实
施。本论文建议我国高校应进一步加大教育体制改革力度,完善创业教育相关体
系构建,并着重以创业教育环境体系、创业教育教学体系、创业教育管理体系以
及创业教育服务体系四方面的体系构建为基础,为我国高校创业教育的开展提出
了较为具体的制度上的建议,以期这些体系和制度上的建议能进一步提高我国高
校创业教育校园文化氛围、规范创业教育学科体系、优化创业教育的管理机制和
提高创业教育的服务性能,最终实现创业教育在我国高校的有效实施。
本论文共分为五章。第一章是绪论部分,首先介绍了本论文的研究背景和研
究意义,接着对国内外相关课题的研究情况进行了梳理,最后指出本论文的研究
视角、研究方法以及本论文的研究思路。第二章是本论文的基础理论部分,从本
论文的关键词“创业教育”入手,首先对“创业教育”进行界定和内涵进行梳理,
并将其与当今大力提倡的“素质教育”、“创新教育”和“就业教育”之间的关
系进行了比较和分析,理清了创业教育的基本概念。接着介绍了创业教育的理论
基础及创业教育有效实施的理论框架。第三章是本论文的研究背景部分,通过中
外高校创业教育的开展情况的横向对比,总结出中外高校创业教育相同和不同之
处,并分析国外高校创业教育对我国创业教育开展所带来的启示。第四章是问题
的提出和原因分析部分,本章在第三章的基础上提出我国高校创业教育实施过程
中仍旧存在的问题,并从环境、教学、管理、服务四个层面对其产生的原因进行
了深层次的分析。第五章为解决问题部分,也是本论文的重点部分。此章节在对
我国高校创业教育实施过程所存在的问题及其原因分析的基础上,得出高校创业
教育的有效实施需要建立较为完善的创业教育体系,并从创业教育环境体系构建、
创业教育教学体系构建、创业教育管理体系构建以及创业教育服务体系构建四方
面,为我国高校创业教育的开展提出了具体的制度上的建议,以期最终能推进创
业教育在我国高校的有效实施。

ABSTRACT
As higher education in China becomes much more readily accessible than ever
before, entrepreneurship education in universities not only enhances students' all-round
development in general sense which can cultivate and improve students'
competitiveness and entrepreneurship ability, but also makes a great impact on
deepening of higher education system's reform, along with promotion and acceleration
of higher education development. Because of historical, traditional and current
educational system's reasons, entrepreneurship education in Chinese university is still in
its infancy, along with many problems on various aspects, such as goal-setting on
entrepreneurship education, curriculum setting, education methods and systematic ways,
and education practice base, which greatly restricts its sound development. Therefore it
is much needed to explore new methods on entrepreneurship education in university,
hence ensure its effective practice in Chinese university.
Based on current situation of Chinese university's entrepreneurship education, this
thesis discovers problems on entrepreneurship education in Chinese university in four
aspects including environment, teaching, administration and service. And then points
out the biggest obstacle in Chinese university's entrepreneurship education is lacking of
all-round and systematic insurance. And its sound practice can take effects only if
educational system is deeply promoted. Therefore energetic reform is suggested to build
positive educational system, which will in turn promote effective practice of
entrepreneurship education in Chinese university. In addition, Focusing on construction
of four foundational aspects on entrepreneurship education, ranging from educational
environment system to curriculum building system, educational administration system
and educational service system, concrete and systematic suggestion are provided to
promote university's entrepreneurship education. all the theories put forward in this
thesis aim at improving teaching environment, guiding educational curriculum setting
on entrepreneurship education, and ultimately ensure sound development on
entrepreneurship education in Chinese university.
This thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter one is preface, providing research
background and research meaning, making summary in various research work in both
domestic and foreign country. This chapter also presents main perspective, methods and
thoughts of this research work. Chapter two sets theoretical foundation of this thesis,
starting form keywords "entrepreneurship education", illustrates content and boundary
between "entrepreneurship education" and other education after comparing it with
"education for all-round development", "innovation education", and "career education".
After that, this chapter introduces theoretical foundation of entrepreneurship education
and its theoretical framework for effective application. Chapter three mainly deal with
research background of this thesis, providing development comparison of
entrepreneurship education in China and other countries, presenting difference and
making summary of enlightens on the comparison. Chapter four deals with presenting
problems and explanation. Based on previous three chapters, this chapter discovers
those problems on entrepreneurship education in Chinese university, providing in-depth
explanation from four aspects ranging from environment, teaching, and administration
to service. Chapter five introduces ways and means of problem solving, which is the
most important chapter of this thesis. Based on the problem feedback and analysis of
application of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities, this chapter concludes
that effective application of entrepreneurship education needs well-supported
entrepreneurship education system. After analyzing four aspects on entrepreneurship
education, including educational environment system to curriculum building system,
educational administration system and educational service system, concrete and
systematic suggestion are presented to promote university's entrepreneurship education,
which promote effective application of entrepreneurship education in Chinese
universities.
