ABSTRACT
On October 30, 2009, the GEM market in China was formally established to
build a multi-level capital market, and it has significance for our country. The GEM
serve high-tech SMEs primarily with high-risk, high-return characteristics of
high-growth. The growth of these enterprises and its influencing factors are key to the
development of the GEM market. Therefore it has important theoretical and practical
significance to study the problem.
This paper analyzes the influencing factors of growth of the companies listed on
GEM, and select the evaluation indicators about the growth of companies listed on
GEM, and then construct the GEM Listing evaluation of the growth model to analyze
the growth of the companies listed on GEM, and put forward policy recommendations
for the development of China's GEM and GEM listed companies. The article is the
object of GEM listed companies, selected among the 77 listed companies as samples,
the use of principal component analysis to study samples of the company's growth
and affect the growth capacity of each sub Finally, the empirical results of the analysis
and proposed policy recommendations. This paper studies the growth and impact of
