日后更加关注创新力。核电市场又受日本福岛事件影响,去年年底才重开核准项
目。而风电市场又易受国家政策、技术水平等因素左右。工程服务业因缺乏风险
防范和项目执行能力一度受挫。同时,全球开始大力推进清洁能源,更加关注环
保产业,导致 S公司已有的多元化产业受到一定程度影响。面对如此困境,如何
走出一条光明大道成为 S公司新一轮战略规划的重要决策。通过本论文的研究,
既可以将企业发展战略的相关理论运用于实际战略中,是对理论的一次丰富与发
展,又能够帮助 S公司切实提升其市场综合竞争力,打造一家国内领先、国际知
名的海水淡化标杆企业。同时,S公司不仅有着经验丰富的专业技术和制造人员,
又与电厂之间有着较为良好的合作关系和影响力,可以凭借这一特有优势,与电
厂之间建立互惠互利协议,携手共同推进海水淡化的水电盐联产模式,帮助提升
海水淡化水电盐联产的合理性和经济性。
本论文主要以 S公司作为研究基础。首先,通过对全球海水淡化领域未来市
场的前景分析,明确其发展的经济性。其次,通过 SWOT 分析 S公司进入海水淡
化领域的可行性,并且运用 BCG 矩阵重新定位各产业。最终,为保障 S公司进入
海水淡化领域的多元化发展战略成功实施,提出了一系列具体的保障措施。
经过详细分析和规划,可以看出海水淡化产业前景十分广阔,且 S公司也具
备了进入到这一产业的必备条件。通过相关的数据预测,海水淡化产业将在未来
五年内达到数亿销售,促进新能源销售比重达到 S公司总额的 40%。通过新一轮
的“十二五”规划,国家将加大该产业的研发力度和各项扶持政策,从而吸引更
多的优质企业进入,共同推动国内海水淡化产业的进步。日后,随着海水淡化技
术的成熟,有望更好的运用于更多的应用领域,建立起海水淡化产业链,推动国
家的经济发展,成为新的经济增长点。

ABSTRACT
Because of the macroeconomic impact, power equipment market becomes more
and more dismal. Traditional power market is gradually shrinking, it attention to
innovation in the future. Nuclear power market is affected by the Fukushima event, the
reopening of approved projects in the end of last year. And the wind power market is
easily affected by the factors of national policy, the level of technology. Engineering
services industry also affected by the lack of risk prevention. At the same time, the
world began to vigorously promote clean energy, pay more attention to the
environmental protection industry, lead to S diversified industry has affected to a certain
degree. Face such dilemma, how to get out of a bright road has become an important
decision making S a new round of strategic planning.
Through the research of this article, not only can rich the enterprise development
strategy theories, but also can help S improve its market competitiveness, create a
well-known desalination Engineering Company. At the same time, S not only has a rich
experience of professional and technical personnel and production, but also has a good
cooperative relationship of power plants, it can make this advantages, establish mutually
beneficial agreement to promote the production mode of salt seawater desalination, help
the rationality and economy promote desalination hydropower salt cogeneration.
The article takes S as research basic. First of all, prospects for the global
desalination field through the analysis of future market. Secondly, through SWOT
analysis the feasibility of S into the field of desalination field, and the new location of
the industry using BCG matrix. Finally, propose a series of steps to protection of S into
this area of the successful.
After detailed analysis, express the desalination industry prospect is good, and S
can enter into for this industry. Predicted by related data, the industry will reach
hundreds of millions of sales in the next five years, the new energy sales accounted for
40% of S. Through the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", the state will increase the support of
policy, so as to attract more high-quality enterprises to enter, and jointly promote the
desalination industry. Later, with the desalination technologies mature, is expected to be
used in more application fields, establish the desalination industry chain, to promote the
development of national economy, is will become a new economic growth point.
