摘要

经济发展与产业结构调整和优化历来是当代经济学家研究的重点之一，产业

结构调整和优化是经济发展的必然结果，经济发展是产业结构调整的最终目的，

两者相辅相成。伴随经济全球化的深入发展和科学技术的大量采用，世界各国之

间的竞争越来越激烈，经济发展与产业结构之间的相互作用也越来越受到各国的

重视。而当前的理论研究大部分是停留在宏观层面，而对于中观层面则很少涉及。

本文就是在这样的时代背景之下，以我国中部省份安徽省为例，探讨了区域经济

发展中的产业结构调整和优化相关关系。

本文中首先阐述了国内外关于经济发展和产业结构调整和优化的相关重要

理论，之后以安徽省为例，研究了安徽省区域经济发展和产业结构现状，并用实

证分析的方法，验证了两者之间的相互关系，同时利用安徽省近些年来经济和产

业发展的相关数据，结合当前和未来安徽省经济和产业发展现状和趋势，确立了

安徽省主导产业的发展方向，并根据各章节的分析结果提出有关政策建议。

通过研究分析，得出以下结论：一是经济发展和产业结构调整和优化确实存

在相互的因果关系，在长期发展中相辅相成；二是安徽作为中部地区的重要省份，

经过近些年来的大力发展，在经济和产业方面已经取得了重要的进步，但是不可

否认的是，两者在整体的协调性方面仍然存在不足，与国外发达国家和地区也是

存在有较大差距；三是对于安徽省主导产业的实证分析中，有些产业已经不适宜

作为支柱产业进行扶植或者处在产业生命周期的衰落阶段，对于这些产业我们一

方面可以采用新技术进行技术化改造，另一方面要根据经济发展形势，优胜劣汰。

该文的意义在于立足于中观层面，用实证分析方法探讨了经济发展和产业结构调

整与优化的相关关系，基于此建立了一套有借鉴意义的主导产业分析指标体系，

并利用比较分析的方法对安徽省主导产业作出了选择，根据整篇文章的分析结果

提出相关建议，为从中观角度研究分析区域经济与产业结构之间关系提供了参考。

ABSTRACT

Economic development and industrial structure adjustment and optimization are

the focus for contemporary economists’ research. Industrial structure adjustment and

optimization is a trend occurring inevitably in economic development. Economic

development is the ultimate aim of industrial structure adjustment and they

complement each other. The deepening development of economic globalization and

the large-scale adoption of science and technology bring increasingly fierce

competition among countries worldwide and the effect that the interaction between

economic development and industrial structure has raised more attention from all over

the countries. The current theoretical researches are mainly on the macro level and

rarely involve in meso level. Against this background, the thesis discusses the

relationship of industrial structure adjustment and optimization in the regional

economic development with the case of China central province Anhui.

The article first elaborates the important domestic and overseas theory on

economic development and industrial structure adjustment and optimization, and then

studies the status quo of the regional economic development and industrial structure

in Anhui and verifies the interactive relation between both of them by positive

analysis. Meanwhile the research takes advantage of the data from Anhui economic

and industrial development in recent years and combines with the status quo and trend

of Anhui to set up the direction of Anhui leading industrial development and raise

relevant policy suggestions according to the analysis results of each chapter in this

article.

This article reaches the following conclusion by analysis: Firstly, economic

development and industrial structure adjustment and optimization do exist the causal

relationship and complement each other in the long term development. Secondly, as

an important province in the central region, Anhui has obtained the major progress in

economy and industry fields in recent years. However, it cannot be denied that there

are still defects in the overall coordination aspect and larger difference compared with

the developed countries and regions. Thirdly, through the positive analysis of Anhui

leading industry, some industries have been not suitable to foster as a pillar industry,

or some have been in the decaying stage of industry life cycle. For these industries, on

one hand we can adopt new technology to implement technical renovation. On

another hand, we select the superior and eliminate the inferior based on economic

development. The meaning of the article is, on the basis of meso level, to discuss the

interactive relationship between economic development and industrial structure

adjustment and optimization with positive analysis, to establish a set of instructive

analysis index system of leading industry and make a choice on Anhui leading

industry with comparative analysis methods, and to propose some suggestions based

on the analysis result of the whole article to provide a reference for studying the

relationship of regional economy and industrial structure from meso level.
