上海对外文化贸易存在的问题与对策研究

随着经济全球化和各国文化交流的加深,文化在全球化进程中的影响力日益
加大,文化贸易已成为世界各国争夺国际贸易市场和促进国内产业优化升级的重
要渠道。而国与国竞争的焦点在于主要节点城市实力的较量,如美国的纽约、英
国的伦敦、日本的东京、法国的巴黎等早已成为国际文化大都市,对国内外文化
贸易均有着较大的影响。上海作为中国最重要的中心城市之一,也在积极开展对
外文化贸易,实施文化“走出去”战略。当前,上海对外文化贸易的国际竞争力
较低,还存在着很多的问题,与国际文化大都市还有着不小的差距。因此,对上
海对外文化贸易存在的问题与对策进行研究,分析问题存在的原因以及影响其发
展的因素,并提出合理的对策建议,对于提升上海乃至全国文化影响力,改善对
外文化贸易现状均具有重要意义。
本文采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,对上海对外文化贸易存在的问
题与对策进行了研究。首先,在回顾了国内外文化贸易相关研究的基础上,确定
了本文的研究思路和方法,并构造出本文的结构框架。其次,在介绍了文化贸易
相关概念和内容分类之后,对上海对外文化贸易发展现状与存在的问题进行了研
究,并进一步分析了产生这些问题的原因。再次,本文运用灰色关联分析方法对
上海的宏观环境因素对上海对外文化贸易的关联影响进行了实证研究,并得出了
结论。随后,本文对国外发展国际文化贸易的先进经验进行了分析研究,为上海
开展对外文化贸易提供经验借鉴。最后,本文在以上研究的基础上,针对上海对
外文化贸易存在的问题,提出一些合理的对策建议,以促进上海对外文化贸易的
增长和持续快速发展。
目前,国内外学者对于国际文化贸易影响因素的研究大多集中在地理距离、
文化距离、贸易优惠协定、贸易对象经济规模等国际因素,对于国内宏观环境因
素的研究较少。本文的创新之处在于运用灰色关联分析方法对上海的宏观环境因
素——政策支持、经济发展、产业规模、市场需求、科研创新——与上海对外文
化贸易的关联影响进行了实证研究,并在理论分析与实证研究的基础上,充分借
鉴国外发展经验,对上海对外文化贸易存在的问题提出了一些针对性的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
With the deepening of economic globalization and international cultural exchanges,
the influence of culture in the globalization process is growing wider. International
cultural trade has become an important channel for countries to occupy the international
trade market and promote the optimization of domestic industries. And the focus of
competition between countries is the strength of the node cities. Cities like the United
States New York, United Kingdom London, Japan Tokyo, France Paris and other cities
had become international cultural metropolises years ago and have an important impact
on both domestic and international cultural trade. As one of the most important cities in
China, Shanghai is also developing international cultural trade with the strategy of
“going out”. However, the international competitiveness of Shanghai cultural trade
products and services is low. There are lots of problems in the international cultural
trade of Shanghai. And Shanghai still has a big gap with international cultural
metropolis.Therefore, the study on the problems and countermeasures of international
cultural trade of Shanghai through analysing the problems and factors affecting its
development is of great significance for upgrading cultural influence and improving
trade condition of Shanghai.
This paper combines the theoretical analysis with empirical research to study the
problems and countermeasures of international cultural trade of Shanghai. First, on the
basis of reviewing correlative research about culture trade at home and abroad, I
determine this paper’s research method and construct out the structural framing. Next,
after introducting the related concept and content classification of culture trade, this
paper researches the status quo and problems of international cultural trade of Shanghai,
and makes a further analysis on the causes of the problems. Subsequently, this paper
makes an empirical research to study the influence of macro environment factors of
Shanghai on international cultural trade of Shanghai using the method of grey relational
analysis and gets the conclusion. Then, this article analyzes the foreign advanced
experience for Shanghai to study. Finally, some useful suggestions contraposing the
problems of international cultural trade of Shanghai are put forward to promote the
development of international cultural trade based on the above analysis.
Currently, the researches about factors influcting international cultural trade are
focusing on international factors such as geographical distance, cultural distance,
preferential trade agreement, and economic scale of trade partners. Studies about the
domestic macro factors are few. The main innovation of this paper is that the article
makes an empirical research to study the effect of macro environment factors of
Shanghai including policy support, economic development, industrial scale, market
demand and research innovation on international cultural trade of Shanghai. What' more,
based on the theoretical analysis and empirical researchthis, this paper references the
advanced experience overseas and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures
and suggestions.
