In the second part, analysis of the current situation of China's communications
industry, describes the current status of China's communications manufacturing industry
i n t h e g l o b a l v a l u e c h a i n , A n a l y s i s th e g a p b e t w e e n t h e d e v e l o pi n g c o u n t r i e s a n d
developed countries of the communications industry. Based on the above statements,
sum mar ize th e f ea s ibi li ty of u pg radi ng of Chi na' s t ele com mu nic ati ons ma n uf act uri ng
industry in the global value chain.
In the third part, Analysis the major factors that hinder the upgrading of China's
c o m m u n i c a t i o n s m a n u f a c t u r i n g i n d u s t r y v a l u e c h a i n , E s t a b l i s h t w o u p g r a d e m o d e s
of communications manufacturing industry in china :(1)Follows the path :OEM-ODM-
OBM.(2)Overcome technical barriers:OEM-OBM.
Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical ,Establish empirical research models
and assumptions, use China's telecommunications manufacturing data,the paper made
statistical analysis and factor analysis modeling with SPSS then came to the conclusion.
Pointed out the barriers that the upgrade value chain of China's communications
manufacturing industry need to break through ,and then make some suggestions:(1)In
the respect of enterprise: Increase R & D funding, Improve the ability of technological
innovation to promote upgrading the communication industry ;(2)In the respect of
go v e r n m e n t: P r o v i d e a f a v o r a b l e e n v i r o n m e n t f o r t e c h n o l o g y i n n o v a t i o n ,
ex p a n d t h e f i n a n c i n g c h a n n e l s o f c o m m u n i c a t i o n m a n u f a c t u r i n g i n d u s t r y ,
promote upgrading the communication industry .
