摘要

中国正处于现代化进程中实现全面小康社会目标的重要历史时期。根据

发达国家的现代化历程和产业结构的演变规律，我国全面建设小康社会的过

程，在产业结构上将表现为第一产业比重下降，第二产业比重先升后降，第

三产业比重持续上升的过程。第三产业在国民经济中所起的作用越来越重要，

如何协调好第三产业的发展与城市空间结构的优化便成为理论与现实都很重

要的问题。批发业作为第三产业的重要组成部分，同时也是一些中小城市的

主导产业，其发展、集聚与扩散使得城市空间结构也产生相应变化。如何推

动批发业与市域空间结构两者之间的协调发展是本文研究的主要内容。

本文对义乌批发业发展与城市空间结构演变的关系进行了分析。就我国

目前的发展现状来看，从中小城市主导产业的选择－成长－集聚的角度，分

析城市空间结构演变－城市化推进的过程，从而揭示城市主导产业的形成和

发展与城市空间形态变化存在着的相关性，具有一定的学术和实际应用价值。

义乌批发业的发展推动了城市空间结构变化，城市空间结构演变响应着批发

业的发展并表现出相应的阶段性过程：主导产业的形成与发展带动了城市人

口与空间规模的扩张，促进城市空间结构进行整合和优化，各种资源和要素

集聚能力增强；集聚作用驱动城市空间规模进一步扩大，空间结构发生新的

变化，城市功能显著提升、扩散作用增强；城市辐射范围扩大，形成区域经

济中心，城市空间结构在更大的空间范围进行整合和优化。本文通过对批发

业空间布局的影响因素、布局特点和趋势的分析，构建了批发业空间结构演

变模式，并从中总结出其对城市空间结构演变的影响机制。论文选取以批发

业为主导产业的义乌市进行研究，根据义乌批发业空间发展特征，对义乌批

发业发展与城市空间结构演变的响应过程进行分析与模拟，提出了优化城市

空间结构的具体措施，构建了今后义乌的城市空间发展模式，为义乌市批发

业与空间结构的协调发展提供一些参考。

在以下方面有一定创新：第一，研究视角的创新。城市空间结构演变理

论与批发业的集聚与扩散相结合，将产业经济学、城市经济学、城市地理学

等多学科交叉融合进行研究。第二，研究内容的创新。从第三产业中的一个

具体行业批发业入手，研究其与城市空间结构演变的关系，而对这一现象的

研究，目前学术界还关注的不够，研究成果也相对较少。第三，研究方法的

创新。对主导产业发展与城市空间结构相互作用进行理论模拟，试图更明确

的分析批发业发展对城市空间结构演变的推动作用。

ABSTRACT

China is in the process of modernization to achieve the goal of a

comprehensive well-off society in an important historical period. According to the

developed countries of the modern history of the industrial structure and the

evolution of the laws of our country building a well-off society in general

performance of the industrial structure for the decline in the proportion of primary

industry, secondary industry first and then decreased the proportion of tertiary

industry continued to rise. Tertiary industry in the national economy and the role

played by more and more important, how to coordinate the development of

tertiary industry and urban spatial structure optimization theory and reality will

become a very important issue. Wholesale trade of the tertiary industry as an

important part, but also a number of small and medium-sized cities in leading

industries, and its development, concentration and makes the spread of urban

space to produce changes in the structure. How to promote the wholesale trade

with the space structure of the city's coordinated development are the main

contents of this paper.

In this paper, the Yiwu wholesale trade and the development of urban spatial

structure of the evolution of the relationship analyzed. China on the current status

第一章绪论

第一节选题背景及意义

一、研究背景

城市是产业发展的重要载体，一个城市的空间结构优化不是一个孤立的

问题，它总是与城市产业发展相互影响：一方面，产业发展能促进城市空间

结构的优化；另一方面，合理的城市空间结构也会促进产业的更快发展。很

多研究成果认为，工业化、信息化等推动了城市化的进程，认为第二产业是

城市化过程的动力。而从第三产业的角度对城市化进程推动作用方面的研究

还不够全面，尤其是针对第三产业中的某一具体行业（如批发业）对城市化

影响方面的研究更少。同时，在研究产业发展推动城市化进程的成果中，大

多关注城市规模和功能的变化，很少注意某个产业的成长对城市空间结构演

变的作用。从我国目前的实际来看，城市主导产业（例如批发业）事实上对

城市化进程有很大的影响。主导产业的成长是城市物质形态演变的主要原因，

是城市空间布局、功能分区的基础，并使城市用地不断出现新的类型和需求，

促进了城市空间规模扩张和空间结构的演变，从而增强了城市功能。

随着国民经济的持续高速发展，浙江省的经济产业结构发生了一系列重

大的变化，其中一个最显著的特点就体现在整体经济结构中第三产业的比重

不断上升。1978 年，浙江省国民经济一、二、三次产业构成为 38.1：43.3：

18.6，到 2007 年，这个结构演变为 5.5：

54.1：

40.4，第三产业增加值达到 7521.09

亿元，比重上升了 21.8 个百分点，保持持续上升的态势。从第三产业的内部

结构来说，批零贸易业作为浙江省的传统第三产业，2007 年其增加值达到

1653.49 亿元，占第三产业比重达到 21.98%，成为第三产业的重要组成部分。

同时，批发业作为一些县级市的主导产业，其集聚和扩散使得城市空间结构

也产生相应变化，如何推动批发业和市域空间结构两者之间的协调发展是本

文研究的方向和重点。我国目前对城市批发业活动研究仍局限于城市商业网

格局与商业网等级体系等方面,更多关注的是针对城市零售商业的市场区位

的研究，忽视了作为商业活动重要组成部分的批发业的空间布局及结构特点

研究，且批发业作为城市的重要组成部分，其变化将会对城市空间结构产生

影响。因此，我们以浙江义乌市为案例，把义乌市的主导产业－批发业作为

分析的视角，研究批发业的成长、集聚对义乌市城市空间结构演变的影响，

以一个更小的切入点分析第三产业对城市化进程的影响与作用。
