Abstract
W i t h t h e r a p i d d e v e l o p m e n t a n d c o m p r e h e n s i v e a p p l i c a t i o n o f c o m p u t e r
t e c h n o l o g y a n d n e t w o r k t e c h n o l o g y, o f f i c e a u t o m a t i o n , w o r k i n g w i t h o u t p a p e r h a s
b e e n t h e e s s e n t i a l w a y o f n e t w o r k w o r k i n g . N a t i o n a l L a n g R e s o u r c e D e p a r t m e n t
system values the construction of industrialization all along. As early as 2000’s they
h a v e p r o m o t e d C / S p a t t e r n a r c h i v e s p r o c e s s i n g s y s t e m , b u t i n s t a l l a t i o n a n d
maintenance are too complex. It’s very urgent to substitute it with B/ S pattern office
a u t o m a t i o n s y s t e m . I n t h i s p a p e r c o m b i n e d w i t h t h e c h a r a c t e r i s t i c o f t h e N a t i o n a l

T h e m a i n s i g n i f i c a n c e o f t h i s p a p e r i s m a i n l y a b o u t s e t t i n g u p m o d e r n o f f i c e
a u t o m a t i o n s y s t e m . I t c a n b e u s e d t o f i n i s h t h e c o l l e c t i n g , a r r a n g i n g , p a s s i n g a n d
analyzing the information and then we can share and make use of the information. We
c an u s e t h e i nf or m a t i o n w i d e ly, co n t r o l l a bl y, e ff i c i e n t l y a n d i n a l ow c o s t . We a l s o
c a n a c h i e v e s o m e i n f o r m a t i o n t h a t w e n e e d t o a s s i s t o u r d e c i s i o n i n t i m e a n d
i n i t i a t i v e l y . T h e n w e c a n r e a l i z e t h e m o d e r n i z a t i o n o f m a n a g e m e n t a n d m a k e
scientific decisions.
T h i s d i s s e r t a t i o n i n t r o d u c e s t h e c o n c e p t s o f O A s y s t e m b a s e d o n We b a n d t h e
d e v e l o p m e n t s t a t i o n s i n h o m e a n d o u t , a n a l y s i s t h e i m p o r t a n c e o f d e v e l o p i n g O A
system ,does some research on the relative technologies of office automation such as
the applied model of system, development technology of the system, work technology
a n d s e c u r i t y t e c h n o l o g y . A f t e r t h a t , i t d e s i g n s t h e g e n e r a l s t r u c t u r e o f t h e
s y s t e m a n d a n a l y z e t h e r e a l i t y t o h a v e a d i v i d e t h e f u n c t i o n s o f t h e
system. multilayer skeleton system has designed this system structure, then carries on
t h e d e m a n d a n a l y s i s t o t h e o f f i c e a u t o m a t i o n , i n t r o d u c e d i n t h i s f o u n d a t i o n t h e
database design and the programming unit process as well as the page base class, the
user register the confirmation the expression levelthe service logic level, the data
a c c e s s i n g l e v e lt h e g e n e r a l l e v e l f o u r r e a l i z a t i o n s m e t h o d s . H a s r e a l i z e d t h e t a x
affairs department automation work, improved the work quality, enhanced the office
e f f i c i e n c y. A t p r e s e n t , u s e s A S P t e c h n o l o g y r e a l i z a t i o n o f f i c e a u t o m a t i o n s y s t e m
has the module independence strongly, the good transplant, the use is simple and
d i r e c t a n d s o o n t h e m e r i t T o d e v e l o p s t h e s i m i l a r p r o j e c t t o h a v e t h e c e r t a i n

摘要:

武汉大学硕士毕业论文摘要随着计算机网络、通讯技术和多媒体技术的迅速发展和广泛应用,办公自动化、无纸化办公等成为网络办公主流方式。国土资源系统一直比较注重信息化建设,早在2000年就推广了C/S模式的流程办理系统,但安装维护比较复杂,急需B/S模式办公自动化系统替代。本文结合国土资源部门行业特点,探讨了研究开发办公自动化系统平台较为流行的方法。依据国土部门系统信息化建设要求和规范,构建“国土资源部办公自动化系统”的基本框架。本课题的意义主要是建立现代化的办公自动化系统来完成信息的收集、整理、传递和分析,实现信息大范围、有控制、高效率、低成本的共享和利用。并及时、主动地获取决策所需的信息以辅助决策...
