摘要

随着互联网技术的不断发展，网络技术在社会的各行各业都得到了很好的应用，

也为现代医疗提供了契机。传统的手工挂号模式己经阻碍了医院以医生工作站系统为代

表的各类系统的正常运行，同时门诊的人流量大，秩序混乱也已成为医院，尤其是大

型综合性医院有待解决的急迫问题，网上挂号机制的构建，为解决这些问题提出了构

想。

论文以上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院的门诊情况为调研对象，对当前医院门

诊挂号的现状做了详细的分析和研究，完成了网上挂号系统的构想和研究。为优化医院

门诊信息化管理模式提供了解决方案。论文从挂号系统的整体建设着眼，从整体需求分

析，网络架构的设计、数据库的概要设计到功能模块的划分，对挂号系统开发和建设进

行了详细的分析和设计。对挂号系统用面向对象的方法，给出了挂号系统 UML 序列图设

计。

在系统实现部分，从系统的业务流程出发，进一步明确系统的软件结构，然后

在.NET 平台上进行系统的设计。这个系统按照以三层划分为标准的组件分析与实现的，

论文实现的核心部分分别讨论了业务层逻辑组件，表示层组件分析与实现，数据访问

层组件的分析与实现。论文的最后是对上海瑞金医院实施信息化系统的综合效益进行了

评估。

Abstract

By the development of Internet technology, it was used in all walks in life and brings

chances and challenges to modern medical traditional mode of booking examines by hands

has hardly not fit the more and more needs of patients. Large stream and un-orderliness in

clinic is a problem to a hospital, especially big polyclinc pressing, which will be solved by the

book examine in Internet system. It is a new mode and important part of hospital.

This dissertation takes SHANGHAI RUIJIN hospital as an example, studies the current

status of the hospital booking system, accomplishes the conceive and study of the whole

booking system, provides the hospital booking system information solutions. This paper sets

forth from the whole requirements, network struts design, data design to the divides of

function module. Then it studies and analyzes development and building of the booking

system in detail. At last it uses the oriental object to design UML serial.

In the system implement parts, this dissertation comes from system business flow,

definite the system software architecture, and the design it in the .NET platform. This system

is based on the three layer components, which is the core in the whole paper. In the parts, it

discusses the design and analysis of business logic layer component, present layer component

and data access layer component. Finally it evaluates the comprehensive benefit SHANGHAI

RUIJIN hospital after implementing information system.
