摘要
现代企业管理中,人力资本对获取企业人才优势的作用日益突显。薪酬作为一种重
的管理工具,如何发挥它对人力资本的有效激励则具有深远的现实意义,薪酬的市场竞
力可以帮助企业获得创造竞争优势的优秀人才。但是,薪酬制度对企业来说是一把“双
剑”,使用得当能够吸引、留住和激励人才;而使用不当则可能给企业带来危机。如何使薪酬
战略与企业的经营战略相联系并支持企业的经营战略,同时能够承受周围环境中来自社
竞争及法律法规等各方面的压力,设计具有市场竞争力和内部激励作用的薪酬福利体系
使企业赢得并保持竞争优势,这些无疑是摆在企业人力资源管理者面前的一个首要课题
难题。本文通过对茗德公司现有薪酬管理体系现状和问题进行分析研究指出薪酬战略缺
和薪酬战略与市场、组织发展相脱离是目前公司问题的主要原因,然后针对这些原因,
出了完善茗德公司薪酬体系的思考一建立战略性薪酬管理体系,通过支持企业经营明确
司薪酬战略、整合公平性与竞争性创建公司薪酬体系、联结企业经营绩效使薪酬激励更特别、
构建绩效管理体系强化员工绩效和能力、建立薪酬晋升标准。

Abstract
Modern enterprise management, human capital for businesses to highlight the growing role of
personnel. Pay as an important management tool, how to play its human capital, effective
incentives are far-reaching practical significance, the market competitiveness of remuneration can
help companies gain competitive advantage of talents. However, the pay system for enterprises is
a "double-edged sword", used properly to attract, retain and motivate qualified personnel; and
improper use can can provide a crisis. How to make the pay strategy and linked to business
strategy and support the business strategy, while able to withstand the environment in the society,
laws and regulations such as competition and pressure from all sides, the design of market
competitiveness and internal incentive remuneration system to enable enterprises to gain and
maintain competitive advantage, which no doubt is placed in front of corporate human resource
managers a priority issue and problem. Based on the Ming Tak company compensation
management analysis of the status and problems that lack of compensation strategy and
compensation strategy and marketing, organizational development, separated from the main issue
is the company, and then for these reasons, the company made a perfect Ming Tak Salary System
