中国石化内部网络安全存在的问题与改进策略

摘要
作为中国石化的下属企业，在企业局域网的管理中，为了保证网络尽可能的安全运行，在
上级公司的统一领导、统一部署下，本文深入的分析优化了各自的网络结构，在边界网络上部署
了硬件防火墙有效阻止了来自外网的攻击；合理分段分配了 IP 地址、按部门划分了 VLAN 防止
了广播风暴的发生；在网络内部建立部署了企业安全访问控制服务器系统、Legato 备份系统 、
Symantec 网络防病毒系统、WSUS 微软补丁服务器系统、入侵检测系统（IDS）和网络流量控制
系统，在重点桌面计算机上安装了防火墙软件和防木马软件，加油站和偏僻单位实现了 VPN 数
据传输，各应用系统根据实际情况大都采用了认证技术或 PKI 和数字签名技术切实提高了网络
安全性能。在信息管理方面，制定了一整套切实可行的信息安全管理规章制度。信息中心作为公
司网络管理的负责部门，通过合理分工组织好全网硬件维护、系统管理、软件规划、应用推广和各
应用系统的维护管理工作。

Abstract
As China petrochemical subordinate enterprise ， in the enterprise local area network
management， in order to ensure the safe operation of the network as far as possible ， in the company
of unified leadership， unified plans， the paper deeply analyzes the optimal their network structure，
boundaries network hardware firewall effective deployment to stop the attacks from the network;
Reasonable distribution of subsection the IP address ， divided by department of the broadcast storm
VLAN prevent occur; In the network established within the enterprise security deployment access
server system， Legato backup system， Symantec network anti-virus system， Microsoft patch server
system， WSUS intrusion detection system （IDS） and network flow control system ， in the key
desktop computer installed the firewall software and the Trojan software ， gas station and remote unit
realized the VPN data transmission ， each application system according to the actual situation of the
most used the authentication technology or PKI and digital signature technology to improve the
performance of the network security. In the information management ， established a set of practical
information security management rules and regulations. Information center as the company network
management of the department， through the rational division of labor organization the entire network
hardware maintenance， system management， planning， application software and the promotion of
the application system maintenance management.
