摘要
当我们说起大众传媒的时候,可能首先想到的是电视、网络和纸质媒介等等
闪耀着光彩的东西。所以首先要对传媒的内涵进行解读。大众是通过话语获得最
新资讯的。大众传媒话语的传播离不开传媒组织和传媒工作者的努力。因此,话
语天然承载着诸多的“人文力”也就是本论文所探讨的话语和传媒的“和谐” 。
传媒以其方便、迅捷和与时俱进的特征在实践着自身传播信息、发展经济和
促进人类物质和精神交往的功能。传媒包括新闻和传播,所以这里的“话语”指
的是在新闻报道和传播体制之下的公共的传媒话语。大众传媒具有普遍性和公共
性的功用使人们拓展了对它内涵的理解。话语作为一种包含和负载着浓重人文气
息的概念,使它在传媒领域中呈现出一种与叙事、文化、民族和伦理道德相关的
性质和意蕴。
因为涉及到话语的伦理道德意蕴,就需要对“伦理”和“道德”进行区分,
这样才能明了话语作为传媒的一种力量表达,它自身应该具有的分析框架(或者
向度)话语和传媒是同样存在于社会伦理道德的时代大背景之下的。所以传媒话
语具有一定的传播原则,其真实、客观、自由和公正的原则是我们探讨的重点。
在改革开放后,市场经济体制下的传媒行业和传媒话语应该摒弃诸如虚假信
息、黄色广告、侵犯隐私、有偿报道等违背新闻专业主义精神的失职行为;要发
扬它对社会正面引导、教育大众的积极的一面。还有在实际的伦理情境中,人文
关怀是传媒工作者和大众传媒话语的应然选择。
话语和大众传媒都是一定的传媒体制及社会制度的产物。所以话语、传媒以
及大家所熟知的和谐社会之间的关系也可以从制度伦理、话语伦理中找到它们之
间的相互制约、相互表达的关系。从传承和发展中,公平和正义中,我们可以看
到和谐的传媒话语社会的建构之路。
文章试图从以下几个部分来开展探讨:
导论:背景叙述和文献综述、研究方法及论文的创新点。
第一章:大众传媒内涵;传媒的功用;话语理论,传媒话语的叙事性、文化
性、民族性及其伦理道德意蕴。
第二章:传媒伦理概念阐析;传媒话语自身所具有的真实、客观、自由和公
正原则以及专业主义精神;传媒话语与传统伦理道德的传承关系。
第三章:传媒话语伦理现象分析:传媒话语的现状表征;传媒话语在公共领

域中的缺失表现;传媒话语的伦理情境解析。
第四章:话语、传媒与和谐社会的建构:制度伦理与传媒话语;话语伦理与
和谐理念;和谐的传媒话语社会建设及展望。

ABSTRACT
When we talk about the mass media, we may think about the colorful shining things
such as TV, Internet, paper media information and etc. So we should analyze the
meaning of the mass media. The mass through the discourse gain the newest
information. It can't live without the efforts of the media organization and the media
workers. Therefore, the discourse naturally bears the weight of so much the power of
"Humanism". That is the "Harmony" which the paper tries to discuss between the
discourse and the mass media.
With the characteristics of the convenience, fast and keeping with the time, the mass
media practice the function of spreading information, developing economy and
advancing the intercommunication of the human substance and spirit. The mass media
refers to the news and broadcasting. So here the "discourse" refers to the public media
discourse under the system of news report and broadcasting. The universality and
commonality of the mass media has developed the people's understanding of media
meaning. The discourse as a concept containing and burdened with a deep "humanism
breath", which makes it take on some character and meaning related to the narration,
culture, nationality, ethics and morality in the mass media field.
Because it comes down to the problem of the power of the ethics and morality about
the discourse, we should differentiate the meaning of "Ethics" and "Morality". So we
can understand that discourse as a strength expression of Media, which analyzing
frame (or the directional dimension) it itself should has. Discourse and media also exist
in the background of the big era of the social ethics and morality. So the discourse of
mass media has some principles. The principles of verity, impersonality, freedom and
justness are the important items which we are discussing.
After the implement of the policy of reform and open, the media industry and it's
discourse should throw away the immoral action violating the news professionalism
spirit such as false information, yellow Ads, infringing privacy, paid report and etc.
Meanwhile we should carry forward it’s positive side just as leading and educating the
mass of the society. And in the real ethical circumstance, human care is an ought-to
choice for the media personnel and the media discourse.
Discourse and mass media are the production under certain system of the media and
the society. Therefore, discourse, media and the well-known harmony society, we can
find that the relationship between them three are restricted and conveyed to each other,
