摘 要
H企业主要从事电脑和电视用液晶面板的设计开发、制造与销售。在企业管理、
产品设计、产品制造的过程中需要全面应用信息技术。ERP 统是企业信息化管理的
基础系统,必不可少。ERP 及到财务、财务成本控制、采购、生产、销售等部门,
实现集团化的财务管理,以及集团层面的计划管理、采购管理、库存管理、销售管
和运输管理的优化。在未来,需要根据企业实际发展情况有选择实施其他管理信息
统,并通过 EAI 企业应用集成工具将 MES(制造执行系统)、FGMS(产成品管理系统)
EDB(程数据库)OAPLM 系统进行集成,最终帮助该公司搭建起集团级信息化管
理平台。
本论文在业务需求的基础上,分析了原有业务流程存在的问题并对新需求也做
相应的分析,并在理论上给出了相应的解决方案及系统信息平台构架,这为本系统
结构设计和实现工作提供了理论指导。在系统的总体部署与实施中从管理端和用户
分别介绍了系统实现的关键技术及性能分析,这为部署与实施本系统提供了明确的
MMSDPP

Abstract
H Company is mainly engaged in computer and television use LCD panel design,
manufacture and sales. In enterprise management, product design, product manufacturing
processes need comprehensive application of information technology. ERP system is the
foundation of enterprise information management system, indispensable. ERP involves
finance, financial cost control, purchasing, production, sales, and other departments, realize
collectivization of financial management, and the group level project management,
procurement management, inventory management, sales management and transportation
management optimization. In the future, according to the development of enterprise needs,
implement other management information systems, such as MES (Manufacturing Executive
System), FGMS (Finished Goods Management System), EDB (engineering database), OA,
PLM. And integration these systems with the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) tools to
help the company set up group level information management platform.
In this paper, based on business needs, Analysis of the original business process
problems and new demands has made the appropriate analysis and give the appropriate
solutions and information systems platform architecture in theory, Provides a theoretical
guidance for the structure of the system design and implementation of the work. It provided a
clear direction in design and Implementation of the system sides that during the design and
implementation of the system, introduced this system key technology and performance
analysis from the management side and client, respectively. The core system modules
including: MM(Procurement Management) SD(Sales and Distribution
Management)PP(Production & Planning)FI/CO(Financial and Controlling)QM(Quality
Management) IE(Imports and Exports).
