跨国企业劳务派遣制销售人员的满意度问题浅析

大跨驻中中国的限
及降低用人成本的考虑,劳务派遣制度作为新兴的用工形式越来越
2008 年新《劳动合同法》的实施,也使得劳务派遣制员工逐渐为世人
所关注。由于派遣员工特殊身份引起的人力资源问题也逐步显现,而
其中销售类员工的问题也尤为突出。特别是这类员工的员工满意度极
低导致的人员流动率极高,而这一问题对于企业长远的稳定具有较
大的危害。因此如何将这类人员纳入到企业人力资源管理中去,通过
系统的管理来提高员工满意度,从而降低人员的流动率已成为众多
大型企业人力资源管理的难点之一。本文综合运用文献研究、访谈法
及问卷调查法,实地深入调研此类员工,针对这类人员的特殊性以
及企业对派遣类员工管理的现状,通过派遣人员员工满意度调查,
分析其中存在的问题,并对此提出建议及改进策略。

Abstract
More and more multinational companies have been coming into
China. Because of the restriction of China’s policy and the purpose of
labor cost save, many multinational companies hire elementary
employees, especially junior salesmen through labor dispatch, an
emerging employment form. What’s more, with the 2008 Labor
Contract Law being carried out, labor dispatch began catching more and
more attention. Due to the special identity of dispatched employees,
especially salesmen, related human resources problems are emerging.
Dispatched employees’ high turnover rate caused by low satisfaction
degree is harmful to long term stability of companies. Therefore, how to
integrate dispatched employees into companies’ human resource
management to improve employee satisfaction degree and reduce
turnover rate has become a difficulty for many large enterprises. The
paper investigates dispatched employees in depth with literature research,
interviews and questionnaire. For the specific characteristics of
dispatched employees and the current status of their management, also
combined with questionnaires of employee satisfaction degree, analyze
the problems and put forward suggestions and improvement strategies.
