摘 要
21 世纪的世界经济日益全球化，各个国家和地区的经济联系越来越紧密，经
济发展领域新的事物不断产生，其中产业融合就是近些年来才出现的一种新的经
济现象。经过这么多年的发展，产业融合在经济发展中所起的作用日益明显。特
别是随着高技术产业日新月异的发展和大量跨行业、跨地区的并购重组活动的发
生，各个产业之间的界线越来越模糊，产生了许多融合后的新产业。为了实现“东
部地区率先实现现代化”和浙江省“工业强省”的宏伟目标，面对新的世界经济
发展形势和新的分工格局，加快经济结构调整、实现产业优化升级就显得格外重
要，在这个大背景下，研究产业融合的形成、现状和对经济的促进作用，特别是
随着浙江省建立现代化制造业基地战略的不断实施，系统研究浙江省高技术产业
融合如何促进经济增长就具有了十分重要的意义。
浙江作为东部地区经济发达省份，跟其他省份相比，在发展高技术产业方面
具有明显的优势，高技术产业具有资本密集型、技术密集型和知识密集型的特征，
属于高增长、高风险、高投入、高回报的行业，同时能够对其他产业产生强烈的
创造性、渗透性和扩散性。浙江可以充分发挥自己的优势，加快推进高技术产业
与传统产业以及高技术产业之间的融合，实现浙江经济又好又快的发展。
本文由六个章节组成，第一章是导论，在介绍了本文的研究背景和研究意义
（从理论和现实两个方面）的基础上，阐明了本文的研究内容、具体使用的研究
方法以及论文的创新之处。第二章是理论基础及文献综述，一方面阐述了产业融
合和经济增长的相关理论，就产业融合在某些领域的发展状况作了介绍，另一方
面介绍了目前国内外学者在这一领域所取得的研究成果。第三章从四个方面阐述
了产业融合促进经济增长的作用方式。第四章结合浙江省的具体情况，分析了浙
江省高技术产业融合的影响因素和经济效应。第五章则采用计量经济学的方法，
定量的测算了浙江省高技术产业融合对经济增长的贡献大小，这一贡献大小主要
从三个方面得到体现。第六章是结论与建议，根据第五章的实证结果，总结出目
前浙江省高技术产业融合发展过程中存在的问题，就如何促进浙江省高技术产业
融合的健康发展提出了参考建议。

ABSTRACT
In the 21st century, an increasingly globalized world economy is coming, the
increasingly close economic ties around the world .There are many new things in the
field of economic development, including industrial integration., As a new economic
phenomenon, it is only appeared in recent years .It plays a more and more important
role in economic development after so many years of the development of industrial
integration. Especially with the rapid development of high-tech industry and a large
number of cross-industry, cross-regional mergers and acquisitions activity occurred, the
boundaries between the various industries become increasingly diluted, resulting in a
new industry. In order to achieve the eastern region to take the lead in realizing
modernization and Zhejiang Province "the grand objective of the industrial province ，
in facing of a new world economic development pattern, it is particularity important to
accelerate economic restructuring and industrial upgrading. In this context, studying
industrial integration’s formation, status and role in promoting economy, especially with
the establishment of modern manufacturing industry base in Zhejiang province strategy
to implementation, system integration of high technology industry in Zhejiang province
how to promote economic growth has a very important significance.
As an economically developed province in the eastern region, Zhejiang province
has obvious advantages to develop high-tech industries, compared with other provinces.
The high-tech industry has a feature of capital-intensive, technology-intensive and
knowledge-intensive, it is a high-growth, high-risk, high-investment, high-return
industry, which will produce a strong, creative, permeability and diffusion to other
industries. Zhejiang can take full advantage of its own advantages, in accelerating the
integration of high-tech industries and traditional industries, to promote sound and rapid
economic development in Zhejiang province.
This article is composed of six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, it
introduced the research background and the significance of the study (from two aspects
of theory and reality). It illustrates the research content, the specific use of the research
methods and the innovation of the article. The second chapter is the theoretical basis
and a review of the literature, including the integration of high-tech industry and
economic growth theory. The third chapter described the promotion of industrial
integration to economic growth from four aspects. The fourth chapter analyzed the
causes and economic effects of the integration of high-tech industry, combining the

actual situation of Zhejiang Province. Chapter fifth mainly analyzed the degree of
high-tech industry constructing to Zhejiang’s economic growth with a mathematical
measurement method, and thus concluded that. Basing on the front empirical analysis,
the last chapter pointed out the problems obtained in the high-tech industry integration
process in Zhejiang and recommended policies and measures which should be taken to
promote the integration of high-tech industry in Zhejiang and healthy development.

第一章 导论
第一节 研究背景与意义
一、研究背景
科技革命使人类的生产、生活发生了巨大的改变，当今世界科学技术日新月
异，特别是以互联网为标志的第三次科技革命以来，信息技术的广泛应用，大大
方便了人类的沟通与交流，网络将全世界紧密联系在了一起。伴随着世界经济的
全球化发展趋势，其生产分工体系也在发生变化。自 20 世纪 70 年代开始，产业
间的界限开始逐渐模糊、甚至消失，这是在工业经济时代大规模生产分工的基础
上，并伴随着以计算机信息技术为核心的高技术产业的迅猛发展而产生的。新的
产业形态将会在原有的产业边界处相互融合并最终形成，从而成为价值的重要增
长点和经济发展最具活力的动力与源泉。特别是随着高技术产业日新月异的发展
和大量跨行业、跨地区的并购重组活动的发生，各个产业之间的界线越来越模糊，
产生了许多融合后的新产业。这些新产业拥有更先进的技术，能够实现企业资源
的更加高效率的配置，从而促进技术升级和延长产业的生命周期，使得产业发展
更具活力，成为产业发展的新亮点。作为当今产业经济理论的一大热点，产业融
合正吸引着越来越多学者的关注。
产业融合对产业发展将会产生巨大的影响，融合后必然会有旧产业的消失和
新产业的出现，我们可以从 SCP 的角度来分析产业融合对产业组织的影响。在
具体的产业融合中，高技术产业融合对于经济增长的带动作用尤为明显。相对于
传统产业，高技术产业主要生产高附加值的产品，高技术产业每年用于研发的经
费比例远远高于传统产业，由此所形成的技术优势，能够促进产业结构调整，实
现经济增长。
产业融合理论经过几十年的发展，取得了很大的进步，但是相对于其他产业
经济理论，产业融合理论的研究还不够成熟。具体说来，产业融合理论的规范研
究已经做了很多，但是实证研究相对欠缺，特别是就高技术产业融合促进经济增
长的实证研究更是不多。因此，实证分析研究高技术产业融合对于浙江省经济增
长的促进作用就显得意义重大。
二、研究意义
（一）理论意义
产业融合现象的理论研究是当今产业组织理论研究的前沿性课题。自从 20
