网络群体心理视角下的群体性事件防治研究

摘 要
新世纪以来，网络在人们的生活中所占的分量越来越重，网络科技的飞速发
展给我们的生活带来了一幅全新的图景。不可避免的，网络群体心理问题带来的
负面影响也逐渐显现。近年来，我国重大恶性群体性事件频发，网络中群体的情
感释放、压力宣泄都达到了一种超出正常甚至极端的程度，网络群体心理对社会
民意表达和网络舆论的形成都发挥了不容忽视的影响。群体性事件的规模、扩散
速度、破坏性和影响力在网络群体的推波助澜下，均超过以往，成为影响社会和
谐稳定的重要因素。因此，我们必须正视网络群体心理在群体性事件中的机理作
用，并提出相关的群体性事件防治对策，对于有效化解社会矛盾、构建社会主义
和谐社会、实现科学发展来说有着举足轻重的地位。所以说，科学、理性、深入
的从网络群体心理的角度来针对当下发生的群体性事件进行研究，无论是对理论
还是对现实都具有同等重要的意义。
为方便本文的研究，文章的主要内容将包括以下几个部分：一、第一章为绪
论，将从本文的研究背景和意义出发，介绍国内外对此问题的研究状况及进行相
应的评价，在最后提出本文研究的思路、相关的内容、研究中采用的方法及创新
点与难点等；二、第二章将从网络时代这个大背景出发，对群体性事件的现状和
概念进行总体分析，而后指出群体性事件在网络时代的最新特征、发展新趋势及
政府相关部门需要应对的新挑战等；三、第三章开始对网络群体和网络群体心理
进行分析，包括网络群体的形成、定义和特征，以及网络群体心理的特征和成因；
四、第四部分是本文重点，本章拟将群体性事件的发生和发展分成三个阶段，每
个阶段均与网络群体息息相关，以网络群体的心理和行动时刻影响着群体性事件
的走向为前提，结传播学理论、群体心理学理论和危机理论等相关理论来深入分
析这三个阶段中网络群体心理在群体性事件中所起的具体作用和其间的作用机
理，试图阐明群体性事件发生演变的固有规律，为快速有效的解决群体性事件提
供强有力的理论基础；五、第五章是对策部分，首先从网络群体心理的角度出发，
提出网络群体心理的释放与调节机制，包括：建立畅通的情绪宣泄渠道、合理引
导群体心理、提高社会个体的心理承受能力等；接着，根据网络时代群体性事件
的演变过程提出有效化解群体性事件的微观层面的技术操作，包括：分清性质区
别对待偶发事件、还原事实真相防止谣言扩散、及时采取疏散措施聚集群众等；
最后提出合理的宏观制度设计作为预防群体性事件的保障，包括：加快推进政府
转型、着力调整社会结构、畅通诉求表达渠道等；六、在结语部分对以网络群体

心理视角解读群体性事件的发展趋势及所能产生的效用进行总结，认为对网络群
体心理进行深入研究是有效解决群体性事件的关键，有利于推动和谐社会的构建。

ABSTRACT
Since the new century, network technology has been improved enormously, which
has been more and more important in our life and has brought our life a span-new
prospect. It is quite difficult to turning away the negative effects of online grouping
psychological problems. In recent years, large quantity of malign mass disturbances has
happened, and it shows that the emotion release and pressure catharsis in network have
been reaching a high degree even abnormal, and the online grouping psychology played
a designated part in forming process of public opinion and Network public opinion. The
scale, rate of diffusion, destructive and influential of mass disturbances was fueled by
network groups than the past, and becoming an important element to influence the
harmony and stability of society, this phenomenon has caused nationwide attention. So,
an exact understanding of how network grouping psychology play a part in mass
disturbances and to cope with mass disturbances and effectively resolve the social
contradictions play a important part in building the harmonious society and improving
scientific development. Consequently, the scientific, rational, in-depth research under
the online grouping psychological version has important meanings in both theoretical
and practical meanings.
To facilitate the study of this paper, the main content of the article includes the
following sections: 1. The introduction introduces the research background and meaning
first, and then give the current research situation and commentary on this topic from
home, abroad and the research angle of view, contents, methods, innovation and
difficulty in writing process of the thesis; 2. In the second chapter, the author analyses
the current situation about mass disturbance in the whole, which includes mass
disturbances’ conception, the principal characteristics, the latest characteristics, the new
trend of development, new challenges and so on; 3. In the third part, the author mainly
analyses the networking group and online grouping psychology, including the formation,
definition and characteristics of the network groups, and the characteristics and causes
of online grouping psychology; 4. The fourth part is the focus of this article, in this
chapter mass disturbance’s development is divided into three stages, each stage is
closely linked with the network groups, and given network grouping psychological and
action impact mass disturbances strikes every moments as a precondition, and combined
with communication Theory, theory of group psychology and crisis theory to analyze

how the network group psychology act on the three stages of mass disturbances, then to
find out the intrinsic logics in the process of mass incidents and the relation between
mass incidents and harmonious society, and lays the foundation for effectively resolving
mass incidents from the macroscopically and far-reaching angle; 5. This is the chapter
of countermeasures, first, proposing the online group psychological release and
adjustment mechanism under the version of online grouping psychology, which
containing establishment of smooth catharsis channels, reasonable guides of group
psychology, mental endurance of social individuals and so on; Second, coming up with
technical operations of micro level to effectively solve mass disturbances according to
the evolution of mass disturbances in Network Era, such as to distinguish between
different infrequent events, restore the truth to prevent rumors from spreading, take
timely evacuation measures gathered masses and so on; The last, to design reasonable
macro system as a protection to prevent mass incidents, we must accelerate the
transformation of the government, focus on adjusting the social structure and make the
aspirations expression channels smooth flow; 6. In the epilogue, the author summarizes
the effectiveness which brings by unscrambling mass disturbances’ developing trend in
online grouping psychological perspective and think that deep study of online grouping
psychology is the key to solve mass disturbances, which is conducive to promote the
building of a harmonious society.
