摘 要
当中国的综合国力显著增强，在世界的舞台上能够经常听到中国的声音和看
到中国的身影时，当世界需要和有意愿了解中国、认识中国时，“中国道路”这一
本土话语有待向“中国模式”这一国际话语演进，搭建对话和交流的世界平台，
提升中国的影响力，提升中国的国家软实力。
论文采用的研究方法和主要观点是：从宏观的中国大历史的纵向演进和横向
的国际比较的视野来探讨中国模式。在这样的方法论指导下，对中国模式的讨论
主要从三种维度——发达国家学者、发展中国家学者和中国学者（按当前联合国
采用的人类发展指数HDI来划分发达国家和发展中国家）来分析和论证。在每个维
度中，又从四个层面：第一、有无中国模式；第二、中国模式的内涵、特征；第
三、中国模式的普适性和世界意义；第四、中国模式的未来走向，中国模式可不
可持续等，对中国模式进行深入论证，并进行三种维度内部之间和外部之间的横
向综合比较分析，从而得出本人的见解，亦即中国模式三维解读的意义所在：第
一、在中国的大历史和国际比较的视野下，从三种维度解读中国模式，是一个较
好的研究方法；第二、发展道路的多样性，中国道路——发展道路的新范例，为
民族国家走向现代化提供另一种道路选择；第三、构筑中国模式国际话语——让
世界倾听我们的声音；第四、突出中国模式的成长性、开放性和创新性,相信中国
模式最终可以成长为绿色的、可持续发展模式。
在三种维度中，又对每种维度进行了细分。在发达国家学者维度中，基于西
方学者和儒家文化圈的学者的文化背景不同，有意识的区分了西方发达国家学者
对中国模式的解读和亚洲儒家文化圈的日本学者、韩国学者和新加坡学者对中国
模式的解读；在发展中国家学者维度中，在论述亚非拉发展中国家学者对中国模
式的解读时，也关注了新兴经济体金砖国家（俄罗斯、巴西、印度、南非、中国）
对中国模式的解读；在中国学者维度中，不仅关注了大陆学者对中国模式的解读，
而且还关注了港、澳、台学者对中国模式的解读，目的就是全方位的倾听来自世
界的关于中国模式的声音，力求对中国模式的解读更科学，更全面。
论文的主要创新点是：在中国的大历史视野下，我们能较完整的回答中国模
式从何处来，又将向何处去的命题；在全球化的视野下，我们能较全面的看到国
内外学者对中国模式这一客体都进行了怎样的解读。 将这两种视野相融合，我们
在探讨中国模式时，不仅具备了“历史眼光”，而且还具备了“中国眼光”和“世
界眼光”，这样就能使我们对中国模式的解读更客观、科学和全面。
以史为鉴，得治国兴邦之道，我们应该站在历史的高度，放眼世界。改革开

放之路是一条走出贫穷，走向世界的成功的发展道路，中华民族的亿万儿女正在
这条康庄大道上，以前无古人的气魄和充满自信的姿态，昂首走向世界。

ABSTRACT
Today, we can often hear the voice of the Chinese people and see the Chinese
people on the world stage——because China's comprehensive national strength has
increased significantly. More and more people around the world eager to know more
about China and have exchange with China. At this time, the native discourse of
"Chinese road" should evolve to the international discourse of the "Chinese model". A
world platform should be built to facilitate the dialogue and communication between
China and the world, so as to enhance China's influence, and enhance China's soft
power.
The paper’s main points and the approach to the study is that study the Chinese
model with a broad historical perspective of China and the International Comparative
Perspective. Under the guidance of methodology, I tried to explain Chinese model from
three dimensions ——from the perspective of scholars in the developed countries,
scholars in developing countries and Chinese scholars (developed and developing
countries are defined as divided by the current used by the United Nations Human
Development Index, HDI ). In each dimension, there are four aspects: first, whether the
Chinese model exist; second, if there is a Chinese model, what are the features and the
characteristics of it; third, what is the significance of the Chinese model, will it
challenge the Western model, and pose a threat? The last but not least, what is the future
trend of the Chinese model, and whether the Chinese model can be sustainable. On the
basis of the analysis, I analyze the three Dimensions of comprehensive comparison
between internal and external, draw the meaning of three-dimensional interpretation of
the Chinese model: first, from the history of China perspective and international
comparative perspective, analyze the three Dimensions of comprehensive comparison
between internal and external , is a more complete analysis paradigm; second, diversity
of the path of development, Chinese road ——a new development road of
modernization; third, to build the international discourse of the Chinese model ——let
the world listen to our voice; the last but not least, prominent the Chinese model of
growth, openness and innovation, I believe that the Chinese model could eventually
grow into the green, sustainable development model.
It is impossible to have a thorough understanding of the Chinese model, if the

study is made from the domestic perspective or from abroad. If only study the Chinese
model in our country, there is a feeling of "do not know the truth". However, to study
the Chinese model only in foreign perspectives, there is not an "immersive" feeling.
Therefore, while doing the Chinese model study we should both have a "world vision",
and a "Chinese eyes".
We should have historical perspective and a "world vision" when doing the
research and study. The road of reform and opening up in China is a way of breaking
away from poverty and marching towards the prosperity and development. Hundreds of
millions of Chinese people are endeavoring to promote China towards a bright future.

第一章 绪论
第一节 论文选题相关综述
一、论文选题的意义
改革开放30年以来，中国取得了举世瞩目的成就，形成了中国模式这一波澜
壮阔的巨幅画卷，国内外兴起了研究中国模式的热潮。
虽然国内外学者在研究中国模式的命题上取得了很多有建树的理论成果，但
是中国自身发展的复杂性和动态性以及中国日益增强的国际影响力，使现有理论
和分析范式都无法全面、完整的解读中国模式，因为每一个理论框架和分析范式
都有其自身的局限性，用单一的分析范式来解读中国模式难免存在理论盲区。
国内外学者对中国模式的解读，缺乏一个大的历史视野和一个宏观的国际比
较视野。仅将中国模式的研究局限于改革开放以来的三十多年或建国以来的六十
多年，就不能回答中国道路的演进历程，也无法回答中国模式的成长过程，也就
不可能完整的回答中国模式从何处来，又将向何去处的命题。将中国模式的研究
只囿于改革开放以来的三十多年，而对改革开放取得成功前的酝酿、奠基阶段不
闻不问，对改革开放成功后下一步的发展不理不睬，这样就会失去对中国模式发
展趋势的把握，也就丧失了理论研究的前瞻性和对实践的指导意义，从而使研究
变得无足轻重，丧失研究的意义。
同样，仅将中国模式的研究局限于国内或国外，就不能看清中国模式的真实
面目。只在国内关起门来研究中国模式，就有一种“不识庐山真面目”的感觉，
而只在国外研究中国模式，又缺乏一种“身临其境”的感觉，因此，对中国模式
的研究既要有“中国眼光”，同时又要有“世界眼光”。
因此，在中国的大历史和国际比较的视野下，对中国模式三维解读进行比较
研究，相较于以往的范式分析就更完整和全面，也比较客观和科学。
国内外学者对中国模式解读千差万别的根本原因就在于中国自身发展的复杂
性和动态性以及中国日益增强的世界影响力。从中国的人均GDP来看，中国是一个
发展中国家，提高人民生活水平，实现国家富强仍是我们当今的头等大事；从中
国的现代化程度来看，中国是一个为实现全面现代化而奋斗的后发国家，发展仍
是我们的第一要务；然而，从中国的综合国力和发展战略来看，中国是一个正在
崛起的大国，是一个在发展中国家中正在崛起的大国，而中国的发展战略是以人
为本、和平发展，中国谋求的是建立一个更加公正的国际经济政治新秩序，这就
