浅析现代企业运营法律风险成因及对策
摘要
随着经济的发展，现代企业运营面临越来越多的风险，法律风险是其中最为重要与明显
的一种。本人作为一个现代企业经营管理者，对此深有体会。本文结合自身经历，通过分析
目前企业经营运作中存在的主要法律风险，明确了企业运营中法律风险的特殊性，较为详细
论述了风险存在的原因，并提出了有效的解决途径，试图寻找符合现代企业发展规律的法律
风险防范措施，从而提出一套适合企业发 展的法律风险控制体系，以有效防范企业的法律
风险。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy, the operation of modern enterprises are facing more and
more risk, legal risk is one of the most important and obvious one. As a modern enterprise manager,
I have a deep feeling. This paper bases on my own experience. Through analyzing the legal risk
existed in the operation of modern enterprise, the paper defies the special characters of legal risk
and details the reasons for the existence of the risk. Furthermore, this paper puts forward an
effective solution of the legal risk, trying to find a prevention system for legal risk which is fitted in
with the development of modern enterprises and recommend a suitable management system for
legal risk in order to guard against the legal risk effectively.
