摘要
近年来,随着市场竞争的不断加剧,中小企业以什么样的人才队伍素质去适应市场竞争所带来
的各种机遇和挑战?这已经成为中小企业参与市场竞争和立于不败之地及实现可持续发展战略的
要基础和前提条件。如何创造人尽其才、才尽其用的企业环境,提升中小企业的核心竞争力和综合实
力,这是摆在我们面前亟待解决的课题。中小企业以其灵活的决策、激励机制,成就了其高速、健康
发展,但随着外界环境的变化和中小企业自身的快速发展,其激励机制自身的缺陷也逐渐显现。
析产生这些缺陷的原因,探讨解决的办法,对中小企业的健康发展具有积极的意义。
本文在分析了当前富迪公司激励存在的主要问题的基础上,针对性地提出了富迪公司建立完善
科学的激励机制的对策和措施,认为运用激励机制必须遵循三个基本原则:激励要渐增、情境要
当、激励要公平。才能使得企业不断地发展起来。

Abstract
In recent years, with increasing of market competiton, and small and medium-sized enterprise with
what kind of talent team quality to adapt to the market competition brings the opportunities and challenges?
This has become small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in the market competition and
invincible and realize sustainable development strategy important basis and prerequisite. How to create the
men, where enterprise environment, promote small and medium-sized enterprise's core competitive ability
and overall strength, this is to be solved urgently subject. Small and medium-sized enterprise with its
flexible decision-making, incentive mechanism, build on the high speed, healthy development, but with the
change of external environment and the rapid development of medium and small-sized enterprises, the
incentive mechanism its defects also gradually revealed. The analysis of the cause of the defects, discusses
the solution of the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises has positive significance.
Based on the analysis of the current company FuDi the main problems existing in the motivation of
the foundation, and puts forward the FuDi the company set up perfect scientific incentive mechanism
countermeasures and measures, think incentive mechanism must follow the three basic principles: incentive
to increasing situation should be appropriate, motivation, to justice. To make enterprise growing up.
