中钢置业房地产项目质量管理研究

摘要
近几年，房地产市场供求两旺，投资与消费齐飞，而房地产企业间的竞争也趋白日化，房地产
项目质量已成为房地产企业的生命线。评价房地产项目质量控制的优劣，分析房地产企业在当前项
目质量控制中存在的缺点与不足，制定改进计划，提高企业项目质量控制水平，增强企业的竞争力 ，
已成为我国房地产企业亟待解决的现实问题。
本文主要论述了项目质量管理对房地产具有重要的意义。文章不但介绍了房地产管理和工程建
设项目质量管理，而且还介绍了项目质量策划，项目质量控制和项目质量成本管理等。最后，详细
介绍了如何进行在房地产开发项目中的质量管理。

Abstract
Booming real estate market supply and demand, investment and consumption are flying togecher, and
real estate enterprises are becoming increasingly intense competition, real estate project quality has already
become the lifelines of real estate enterprises gradually . Evaluating the real estate project quality control,
understanding the shortcorning and deficiency existing in project quality management of the enterprises at
present, making the plan of improving, improving enterprise’s project quality management level.
Strengthening the competitiveness of enterptises, have already become the realistic problem urgently to be
solved of real estate enterprise of our country.
This paper mainly describes the project quality management of real estate has the vital significance. Article
not only introduces the estate management and engineering construction project quality management, and also
introduces the project quality planning, project quality control and quality of project cost management, etc.
Finally, detailed introduces how to engage in real estate development projects in quality management.
