酒店内部会计控制的问题及其研究
内容摘要
良好的内部控制可以减少错误和舞弊的发生。在企业内部控制中，会计控制处于非常
重要而又特殊的地位。会计控制是企业内部控制的关键与核心，会计控制的效果直接影响
到企业整个内部控制制度的有效性。建立一套科学、规范、实用的内部会计控制制度，是提
高中国酒店业管理水平的重要途径。
首先讨论本文研究背景、研究意义，相关的理论和文献，然后探讨酒店会计控制的目
标、原则和内部控制应该注意的方面；然后对山海酒店店内部会计控制现状和问题分析，
对山海酒店财务现状进行分析，然后给出内部会计控制现状分析和对其显著地产生原因进
行分析。最后着重针对上海酒店内部会计控制的建议，采购与付款内部会计控制和成本费
用会计控制两个方面给出建议。

Abstract
A good internal control can reduce errors and the occurrence of fraud. In the enterprise
internal control, the accounting control at a very important and special position. Accounting
control is the enterprise internal control key and core, accounting control effect directly affect the
enterprise the internal control system is effective. Set up a scientific, standardized, practical
internal accounting control system, is to improve the management level of China's hotel industry
important way.
This paper firstly discusses the research background, the research significance, the related
theory and literature, and also the hotel accounting control the objective, principle and internal
control should pay attention to the aspects ； And then on the mountain hotel store internal
accounting control analysis the current situation and problems of the mountain hotel finance are
analyzed, and then give the internal accounting control of its current situation analysis and
significantly analysis of causes. The methods for Shanghai hotel internal accounting control of
Suggestions, purchasing and payment internal accounting control and cost accounting control two
aspects give advice.
