公司人力资源培训管理研究
摘要
在现代化生产条件下,世界科学技术迅速发展,公司装备不断提高,对员
工素质的要求也在不断提高,并且各行各业的职业技术成分所占的比重逐渐增
加,单凭体力从事的工作项目越来越少,生产工人的劳动技能再不是以体力为
主,而是以智力为基础。为了适应这种种形势的要求,促进公司经营发展,就需
要通过员工培训这一途径来提高员工的思想觉悟,帮助员工掌握必要的文化技
术知识。这里,我将以公司的人力资源管理培训为例,来探讨一般性公司中普遍
存在的员工培训问题,并提出相应对策。对这一视角的研究,由于能够对公司的
长久发展提供有益的经验和教训,所以,它将具有极大的理论和现实意义。

Abstract
In the modern production conditions, the rapid development of world science and
technology, the company continuously improve equipment and staff requirements are
also constantly improving the quality and professional technical component
businesses share increased gradually in the work of the project alone the more
physical to less production of labor skills of workers is no longer the main strength,
but on the basis of intelligence. To meet these demands, the promotion of company
development, staff training through this avenue to raise the ideological consciousness
of employees, help employees have the necessary technical knowledge culture. Here,
I will be Shanghai Drainage Hing Investment Limited human resources management
training, for example, to investigate the prevalence of the general staff of the company
in training, and proposed countermeasures. This perspective, because of the
company's long-term development can provide useful experience and lessons, so it
will have great theoretical and practical significance.
