学生拿到了今年暑假实习 offer 哦，今年暑期求职集训课程将于 5 月 26 日开课。

错过今年暑假实习申请的同学，真的要现在就开始准备了，美国实习都是提前

一年开始申请的。

会计类实习面试考察点

英特尔 2019 暑假会计实习岗位招聘要求。

我们可以清晰地看到，招聘最低标准：会计相关专业、学历要求、技能要求，相

关实习/实践经历等。专业和学历以及实习经历作为网申过程中基本的筛选标准。

可能还会有网测环节，考验应聘者的专业相关能力。

下面是网测/面试中最常见的考察问题：

会计原则和实践；分析和报告财务数据；审计原则和实践；账户管理；预算；

成本会计；会计软件应用；适用相关法律，法规和法规；会计准则等等

另外，如果求职者有解决问题的能力，沟通能力良好，团队合作能力，细心认

真负责等特质的话，会更具竞争力。这些能力的考察一般会通过行为面试问题来

考察。下面我们一起来看看会计实习会问什么吧。

会计实习申请面试问题与回答模板

问题一：Why do you want to become an accountant?

考察点：面试官想了解你的求职动机，你为什么对这个职位感兴趣。

回答模板示范：

I love working with numbers always have. To help a corporation

identify cost cutting measures they hadn't previously discovered,

developing tax strategies, or performing sensitivity analysis to

support revenue projects and forecasts is thrilling to me.

问题二：Which accounting software are you familiar with?

考察点：面试者可能会很多软件，但面试官想考察的点是你是否知道我们公司

用的是什么软件。如果面对不熟悉的软件，你的学习能力如何。

回答模板示范：

I have experience working with several accounting software programs.

I'm most comfortable with Netsuite, abila and Zoho, although I've

recently started using Intacct as well since it offers a few

forecasting and performance management features other applications

don't have. I found Intacct the most difficult to learn, but it's

still pretty straight forward and easy to understand once you're

familiar with their interface. Which accounting software do you use?

问题三：Why do you want to work for our company?

I've been following you're company for a long time. I've always been

impressed with your philosophy of honesty and integrity over

everything else. When John (company contact) told me a position for

opportunity. I believe I can help you solve many of tax issues you're

currently facing and would look forward to joining your team.

问题四：How do you make sure you don't make any mistakes in your

work?

考察点：每个人都会犯错，所以不要撒谎。这道题考察的是你日常工作中是如何

降低犯错的概率。

I don't pretend to be perfect, but I don't make many mistakes--at

least not when it comes to financial reporting. I recognize that such

mistakes are costly, and never acceptable. If I'm not 110% sure about

a calculation, assumption, or financial record, I consult with a

colleague or other experienced accountant. I seek confirmation of all

results through IA Sand IFRS. I always double check my work, and if

it's really important, I'll have someone else check it too.
