乳化沥青冷再生技术应用研究

摘要
随着我国等级公路建设高峰期的过去,大量早期建设的等级公路逐渐进入大、
中修期,可以预想若都采用新材料,抛弃旧废料,将是对资源的浪费及环境的污
染。同时,社会经济可持续发展,提倡“减少资源消耗,回收资源再利用”。乳化
沥青冷再生技术具有节能、环保、经济等优点,在道路养护与维修中应推广应用。
本文在国内外资料研究、分析基础上,依托嘉兴市 320 国道世贸花园段专项
治理工程,通过乳化沥青冷再生混合料现场铺筑、观测、现场及室内试验,对此
项冷再生技术中关键材料、设计方法、性能检测、施工工艺等方面进行了系统的
研究。主要研究内容和成果为:
用于冷再生的乳化沥青配制技术研究。首先,分析了沥青乳化、破乳机理及影
响因素;分析乳化沥青微观结构与性能关系;提出冷再生用乳化沥青固含量不应
小于 62%;提出基于项目级乳化沥青配方的设计方法。
乳化沥青冷再生混合料设计方法研究。以国内外常见设计方法为基础,结合
工程实践,对混合料设计时外用水量及成型方法进行优化,得出结合裹覆及性能
指标试验确定外用水量,击实方式应根据不同工程试验路性能检测结果确定,不
应套用规范;提出本文试验路采用的乳化沥青冷再生混合料配合设计方法。
乳化沥青冷再生混合料物理力学性能研究。分析了乳化沥青再生混合料抗拉
性能、水稳定性能、高温稳定性能以及抗剪性能。对影响性能的几种关键因素进
行了分析。
乳化沥青冷再生施工工艺及经济与社会效益分析。对乳化沥青冷再生的施工
方案确定过程、施工工艺、施工组织管理及施工监测和质量控制进行分析阐述,
指导乳化沥青冷再生技术的工程应用;对试验路的再生费用进行计算,并结合结
果进行经济及社会效益分析,给予综合评价。
本文对乳化沥青冷再生技术做了较为全面的研究,得出一些室内研究和工程
实践中的优化方法,将有利于进一步完善乳化沥青冷再生技术,增加其推广和应
用的基础条件。

ABSTRACT
With the peak of the road construction has gone, a lot of the early roads gradually
get into the repair period. We can think about that if useing new materials, discarding
the old,it well be a waste of resources and environmental pollution. At the same time,
socio-economic sustainable development, promote "reduce resource consumption,
recycling and reusing." Cold recycling technology of emulsified asphalt has the energy,
environmental, economic, etc., should be widely applied in road maintenance and
repair.
The paper based on the analysis of the date at home and abroad, relying on State
Road 320, City of Jiaxing, the special treatment project, through paving site,
observation, field and laboratory tests, study systematically for the critical materials,
design, performance testing, construction techniques and other aspects of the cold
recycling technology. Main contents and results:
The preparation of emulsified asphalt for cold recycling. First, analysis the
mechanism of emulsion and emulsion-breaking and influencing factors; analysis the
relationship between microstructure and properties of emulsified asphalt; propose
solids content of emulsified asphalt for cold recycled is not less than 62%; propose the
formula approach of emulsified asphalt based on project-level design.
Design method of emulsified asphalt mixture for Cold recycled. Based on the
common design approach of domestic and foreign, combined with engineering practice,
optimizing the outside mix water design and molding method, cover the outside mix
water determine by wrapped and performance of mixture, and the compaction method
should be based on performance testing of different test of the project , should not
completely apply the standards; propose the design methods of cold recycling of
asphalt emulsion mixture in this road.
Physical and mechanical properties of cold recycled asphalt emulsion mixture.
Analysis the tensile properties, water stability, high temperature and shear stability
performance of the emulsified asphalt mixture. Analysis several key factors which
affect the performance.
Road test and benefit analysis. Emulsifying process plan of project, construction
technology, construction management and construction monitoring and the quality
control, guiding engineering application of cool recycling using emulsified asphalt; To
calculate charges of the test road, and connecting with the results analysis economic
and social benefit, give comprehensive evaluation.
By nearly comprehensive researching of cool recycling using emulsified asphalt,
this project achieve a series of innovative research production consequently in favor of
increasable application for technology, and increasing the fundamental conditions of
its promotion and application.
