基于持续创新能力的中国汽车产业并购整合策略模拟研究

摘 要
在世界经济全球化浪潮中,汽车产业作为各国国民经济发展支柱产业,正发
挥着越来越大的作用。面对国际汽车市场日趋激烈的竞争和汽车产业全球化趋势,
中国汽车产业积极调整产业结构,提升综合竞争力。但持续创新能力依然是阻碍
我国汽车产业快速全面发展的主要因素。在汽车产业发展现状下,通过并购整合
提升持续创新能力是解决这一问题的有效途径,而其关键环节在于并购后的整合。
本文研究围绕如何通过并购整合有效提升持续创新能力这一目标展开。首先
分析国内外汽车产业发展现状。根据分析结果,结合系统动力学和战略地图相关
理论,构建系统动力学模型,对“产学研合作力度”、“市场集中度”、“污染排放
因子”、“政府与企业 R&D 投入比率”和“专利申请量”等主要系统指标进行策略
模拟,分析它们对我国汽车产业持续创新能力的影响。最后根据模拟结论,在政
策导向、政府定位、市场机制、产学研合作机制、技术创新等对我国汽车产业发
展具有重要影响的相关领域提出相关政策建议。
本文研究对相关理论和实践领域的研究具有积极意义。通过系统动力学模型
对“中国汽车产业持续创新能力”这一系统进行策略模拟,对持续创新能力、并
购整合、战略地图和系统动力学相关理论进行了深入研究,为政府制定汽车产业
发展政策提供支持,对于我国汽车产业提升国际竞争力和持续发展具有积极意义。

ABSTRACT
With the globalization development of the world economy, the automobile
industry, acting as the pillar industry for national economy development, is playing an
increasing significant role therein. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition in
the international in the automotive market and the trend of globalization of the
automotive industry, China’s automobile industry actively adjusts its industrial
structure to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness. However, the continuous
innovation capacity is still a major barrier to hinder the rapid comprehensive
development of China's automobile industry. Under the current circumstance of the
China’s automobile industry, the most efficient method to solve China’s low
continuous innovation capacity is merger integration for enhancing the continuous
innovation capability; in particular, the key point lies in the post-merger integration.
This article focuses on how to enhance the continuous innovation capability
through merger integration. First of all, it takes a deep analysis for the research of
development status of both domestic and abroad automobile industries. Then based on
the analysis result, and combined with the related theories of system dynamics and
strategic map, it builds a model of SD to initiate a strategy simulation with regard to a
series of major system indicators such as cooperative and so on, for the purpose of
specifying their affect on the continuous innovation capability of China’s automobile
industry. Finally, according to the conclusion of simulation, it points out the some
policy recommendations on the relevant fields such as policy-oriented, government
position, market mechanisms, cooperation mechanism and technology innovation,
which have the significant impact on the development of China’s automobile industry.
This article has the positive significance for the research of the related theory and
practical field. By means of system dynamics model, it initiates a series of strategy
simulation with regard to the system of ‘continuous innovation capacity of China’s
automobile industry’ to have a deep research related to the theories of continuous
innovation, merger integration, SM and SD. Otherwise, it provides support for the
government’s formulation of automobile industry development. Therefore, it is of
great importance for the improvement of international competitiveness and
sustainable development for China’s automobile industry.
