企业绩效与生态产业链管理相关性研究 ——以江苏连云港化工园区为例

摘要

随着我国工业化进程的持续推进，经济发展与资源环境之间的矛盾日益突出，

已经成为制约社会、经济等各方面发展的瓶颈。显然，高投入、高消耗、高污染

的传统型线性生产方式已不能适应新常态背景下我国经济发展的要求。如何解决

资源、环境与经济稳步增长三者之间的矛盾关系问题已被提到议事日程上来。因

此，实施生态产业链管理将逐渐成为企业高效利用各种资源以及实现“三废”排

放量最小的重要方式。然而，目前我国生态产业链的构建与管理仍然处于探索阶

段，而且发展缓慢，其重要原因是由于实施生态产业链管理往往需要较高的投入，

但是，这些高投入在短期之内对企业绩效的改善并不显著，这必然导致企业在推

进生态产业链管理过程中缺乏积极性。所以，探讨生态产业链管理与企业绩效变

化之间的关系，已经成为我们急需研究的新课题，这对于我国企业全面推进生态

产业链管理，实现社会、经济可持续发展均具有重要的现实意义。

本论文综合应用了工业生态学理论、生态工业园理论、循环经济理论、生态

产业链管理理论以及 SPSS 18.0 软件与 AMOS 7.0 等研究工具，以江苏连云港化工

产业园区为研究对象，运用了实证研究和模型研究等方法，对生态产业链管理实

践与企业绩效变化关系进行了研究。本论文的主要研究工作包括：

（1）生态产业链管理的实践内容与企业绩效变化情况的界定

通过文献研究，系统分析了我国现阶段生态产业链管理的现状，针对生态产

业链管理实践中存在的问题,确定了研究思路，并且在国内外研究成果的基础上,

界定了生态产业链管理实践的主要内容，即内部生态化管理、生态产业链上下游

企业的合作、生态化设计、循环再生与再利用；而企业绩效变化情况也包括四个

方面,即生态绩效、社会绩效、正面经济绩效和负面经济绩效。

（2）关系的假设、量表与问卷的设计、数据分析以及模型的拟合与修正

在相关文献研究的基础上,对生态产业链管理与企业绩效之间的关系提出假

设, 并且形成概念模型。在此基础上，进行了量表与调查问卷的设计。然后，又

进行了问卷调查，对于收集到的 198 份有效问卷，首先运用 SPSS18.0 对其进行了

描述性统计分析，形成对调查数据的感性认识，接着利用 SPSS18.0 和AMOS7.0 统

计软件，从信度和效度两方面对调查数据的可靠性进行了分析。之后,运用结构方

程模型对问卷调查的数据进行了拟合分析；根据拟合结果对初始模型进行了多次

修正，得到了最终的修正模型。利用最终模型对所提出的假设进行了验证。本文

研究结果表明，生态产业链管理实践在不同程度上对企业绩效均具有正向影响。

（3）研究结果的讨论与分析

本论文对研究结果进行了讨论与分析，并从企业和政府的两个角度对江苏连

云港化工产业园区全面实施生态产业链管理给出有效对策与建议。这不仅为我国

企业判别实施生态产业链管理与企业绩效变化之间的关系提供了依据，也为政府

全面推进企业实施生态产业链管理提供了参考。

最后，本论文对研究的主要内容进行了总结，针对研究成果的局限性进行了

分析，并且对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

ABSTRACT

Along with the development of industrialization, the contradiction between

economic development and resource environment become seriously turns out to be a

bottleneck restricting the development of society. In that case , high input, high

consumption and high pollution of traditional linear production mode can’t meet the

rapid economic development of our country. How to solve the contradiction between

resources, environment and steady economic growth has been mentioned on the agenda.

Therefore, The implementation of Eco-Industrial Chain is the main road to achieve

efficient use of resource and energy as long as the smallest emission and waste. The

Eco-Industrial Chain construction in China is still in the exploratory stage which

develop slowly. One of the most important reason is that implementation of the

Eco-Industrial Chain management often requires high investment, but these input does

not improve the short term performance which leads to a lack of enthusiasm. Therefore

exploring the relationship between Eco-Industrial Chain management practice and

changes in business performance become necessary to further impetus the

implementation of Eco-Industrial Chain management .

The paper apply industrial ecology theory, ecological industrial park theory,

circulation economic theory, Eco-Industrial Chain management theory, statistics theory,

structural equation model theory , SPSS 18.0 software and AMOS 7.0 software .Using

lianyungang chemical industry park as the research object with the methods of empirical

research and model research. The paper study the correlation between Eco-Industrial

Chain management practice and the changes of enterprise performance .The main

research work of this paper include:

(1)The content of Eco-Industrial Chain management practice and enterprise

performance relationship.

After studying both domestic and foreign literature of Eco-Industrial Chain

management and the current situation of Eco-Industrial Chain in China, the frame of the

study is proposed. Based on domestic and foreign literature this paper holds that

Eco-Industrial Chain management practice include four aspects ,the internal ecology

management, ecological with Eco-Industrial Chain partners, ecological performance,

eco-design, recycling and utilization. After the implementation of Eco-Industrial Chain ,

business performance improves in the aspects of social performance, positive economic

performance, negative economic performance and give the assumption of Eco-Industrial

Chain management practices and business performance.

(2)The hypothesis of relationship 、questionnaire design、data analysis and model

fitting and correction

On the basis of literature study, the paper give the hypothesis of the relationship

between Eco-Industrial Chain management and business performance .After that the

paper design the questionnaire and collected 198 valid questionnaires. For collected 198

valid questionnaires, firstly carry out the descriptive statistical analysis by using

SPSS18.0,that gives a basic understanding of the questionnaire data and then use

statistical software SPSS18.0 and AMOS7.0 to test the reliability and validity of the

data which shows a good reliability. After that we do the data fitting analysis with Full

Structural Equation Model and then modify the model many times until we get satisfy

model which happens to verify the hypothesis we proposed earlier that is Eco-Industrial

Chain management practice has positive impact on business performance.

(3)discussion and analysis of the results

This paper analysis the result and give effective suggestions to lianyungang

chemical industry park in two angles. The value of the research result is that not only

strong support for enterprise to judge the relationship between the ecological industrial

chain management and enterprise performance but also provide valuable reference for

the implementation of Eco-Industrial Chain management.

In the end the paper summarize the main content and analysis the limitation of the

study also give the future research direction
