企业的发展源于企业竞争力,企业竞争力来自技术,技术又依托于管理,而
管理最终依靠的则是企业文化。对于任何一家企业来说,企业文化虽然看起来不
是最直接的因素,但它却是最持久的决定因素。进入二十一世纪,伴随全球经济
化步伐日益加快,企业之间的竞争也日渐激烈,作为中国泵工业巨头的 KQ 公司,
要想健康持续发展并实现跻身成为世界泵业知名企业,急需借助企业文化之力为
企业的发展提供强而有力的基础与支撑。
而企业文化能否满足企业不断发展的需求,需要通过科学的方式对其进行测
量、评估,才能知晓企业文化是否与企业发展相适应,是否为良好的企业文化。
纵观世界五百强企业,无不是拥有一套独具特色、彰显个性、与公司战略发展相
匹配的优秀企业文化。本文基于战略视角,选取了信度和效度较高且较为成熟的
OCAI 量表对 KQ 公司企业文化进行诊断。在具体研究过程中,本文以发放问卷
和现场访谈的调查方式,采用定性研究和定量分析相结合的方法,对 KQ 公司
业文化进行评估。通过计算统计分别得出公司企业文化现状和未来预期的六个核
心维度测评数据,并以此绘制勾勒出公司企业文化现状与未来预期文化轮廓图。
同时,认真梳理、汇总现场访谈问题记录情况,客观寻找并得出公司企业文化现
状存在的差距和不足。在此基础上,结合企业战略规划和发展需求,运用企业识
别系统理论,以企业理念识别系统、行为识别系统、视觉识别系统为基础,为构
建具有竞争性的、服务性的、品质化的、个性化的 KQ 公司蓝色泵业文化从企业
精神理念的整合与提炼、制度规范的健全与完善、行文文化的引领与推进、物质
文化强化与丰富等四个方面提出了相关提升策略,并为企业文化推进工作能够有
效落地提出了保障措施。
本文研究诊断 KQ 公司企业文化建设现状,通过对比分析企业文化现状与未
来预期文化轮廓图,不仅让企业领导者看到需要提升和完善的地方,更充分认识
到企业文化不是一成不变的,它是一项长期的、复杂的、动态的系统工程。文章
KQ 公司企业文化建设作出了有益尝试,同时也为构建出与企业未来战略发展
相适应的优秀的企业文化提供了思路与方法,具有较强的针对性和实用性。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise's development from enterprise competitiveness, enterprise
competitiveness from technology, technology rely on management, and ultimately rely

the 21st century, along with the quickening pace of global integration, the competition

pump industry well-known enterprise, be badly in need of help force of enterprise
culture to enterprise development provide powerful basis and support.
The corporate culture can meet the evolving needs of enterprises, through
scientific measurement, assessment, in order to know whether the corporate culture
and enterprise development, whether it is a good corporate culture. Throughout the
Fortune 500 companies, do not own a set of unique, individuality, excellent corporate
culture to match with the company's strategic development. This article is based on a
strategic perspective, select a high degree of reliability and validity and more mature
OCAI scale to be diagnosed KQ corporate culture. Specific course of the study, survey
questionnaires and on-site interviews, using a combination of qualitative research and
quantitative analysis to assess the corporate culture of the KQ. By calculating the
statistics were derived corporate culture status and future expected six core dimensions
of evaluation data and draw outlines the corporate culture current situation and future
expectations cultural contours. At the same time, the use of the 7S theoretical
framework carefully combing summary of the on-site record of interview questions,
looking objectively and come to the gaps and shortcomings of the status quo of

philosophy recognition system, behavior recognition system, visual identity system on

language of culture to lead and promote the material and cultural enhancement and rich
four aspects to be planning and design to enhance the strategy.Ensure that KQ
corporate culture to enhance effective landing, articles from the substances, behavior,
institutional, spiritual and cultural level to promote measures in order to build a
competitive, service, quality-oriented, personalized corporate culture.
Based diagnosis KQ company enterprise culture construction present situation,
the analysis of present situation and the future state cultural profile, not only the
business leaders recognize that corporate culture is not static, the construction of
enterprise culture construction is a long-term project, as well as build and that meet the
needs of enterprise development provides the idea and method of outstanding
corporate culture, has strong pertinence and practicability, made useful attempts to KQ
company enterprise culture construction.
