随着时代的变化,企业的管理能否适应新时代的要求,在企业能不能实现持
续发展,起着关键作用,决定着企业的命运。在当前时代,企业的竞争日益激烈,
企业所处的环境越加复杂,要使企业立于不败之地,当务之急是找到提升企业自
身的绩效水平和竞争力的方法,并且能够持续进行。本文提出了一种基于企业内
部的持续改善方式——工业工程审核,对企业的持续发展具有非常重要的实际意
义。
企业改善包括针对客户服务、产品质量、效率、成本以及管理流程等方面的
改善。通过调查发现,当前制约企业持续发展的问题主要体现在三个方面:员工
改善意识薄弱,改善技术工具缺乏以及改善流程不完善等。针对企业员工改善意
识薄弱方面的问题,本文提出将工业工程意识与方法相结合的方式,这种方式不
仅能够加强员工的改善意识,而且能够提高企业员工解决问题的效率。
在企业持续改善中,数据的来源、数据的质量、数据的处理和数据的分析等
方面都会影响着持续改善的效果,本文在第三章首先对数据的相关概念进行了阐
述,然后提出了影响数据质量的几个重要因素,最后用实例证明数据质量和收集
效率的改善对企业的重要影响。
工业工程的意识是工业工程的灵魂,在经典工业工程和现代工业工程中有很
多解决企业运营中存在的问题的方法。在不同的企业中,工业工程的方法实际应
用的效果有好有差,应用差的原因涉及到管理、员工的积极性以及员工配合度等
方面,其中,工业工程方法在应用过程中缺乏工业工程意识是主要原因之一。本
文在第四章阐述了工业工程方法与工业工程意识结合起来应用的案例。其中,智
能水滴优化算法案例中考虑了学习效应,充分体现了以人为本的工业工程意识。
智能水滴算法是一种新型的工业工程方法,将学习效应(工业工程意识)与智能
水滴算法(工业工程方法)结合的方式,能大大提高解决问题的效率。而另一个
案例,即5S管理在仓库中应用的案例,提出了仓库中5S管理容易忽视的问题,5S
是工业工程中经典的方法,同时也是工业工程意识的体现,所以提出这些问题对
改善仓库5S管理及工业工程的意识具有非常实际的意义。
本文设计了企业持续改善成熟度模型及评价标准和工业工程审核流程,其中,
企业持续改善成熟度评价是本文设计的工业工程审核流程的重要组成部分。最后,
本文利用AHP方法对企业持续改善进行了综合评价,验证了工业工程审核方式的
有效性。本文通过对企业持续改善和工业工程应用等方面的研究,提出了工业工
程审核方式,为企业的持续发展提供了新的参考。

ABSTRACT
With the changing times, the company's ability to meet the demands of a new era
of management, which plays a key role in the enterprise which can achieve sustained
development, and determine the fate of the enterprise. In the current era of increasingly
fierce competition among enterprises, the enterprises environment has become
increasingly complex, and for them to be invincible. The priority is to find companies to
enhance their performance and competitiveness of the method, and can be continuous.
This paper presents an approach based on continuous improvement within the enterprise
- industrial engineering audit of the sustainable development of enterprises has a very
important practical significance.
Enterprises include improvement for customer service, product quality, efficiency,
cost and other aspects of the management process. In the survey, the current problems
restricting the sustainable development of enterprises mainly in three areas: improving
staff awareness, the lack of improvement in technology and process improvement tools
imperfect and so on. For employees to improve awareness of the weak aspects of the
problem, this paper presents the awareness of industrial engineering and a combination
of methods, this approach can strengthen not only improve the awareness of employees,
but also to improve the efficiency of enterprise employees to solve problems.
In the continuous improvement companies, aspects of data sources, data quality,
data processing and data analysis will affect the results of continuous improvement. In
the third chapter of paper describe the related data concepts. Then propose the effects of
several important factors of data quality. And finally using example prove significant
impact on the quality of data and improve the collection efficiency of the enterprise.
Awareness is the soul of industrial engineering industrial engineering, and there
are many ways to solve problems in business operations in classical and modern
industrial engineering. In different enterprises, the effect industrial engineering methods
practical applications have good and bad situation, because the application difference
involves the management, employee motivation and employee with the degree in which
the industrial engineering method lacks industrial engineering awareness in the
application process is one of the main project. In this paper, the fourth chapter describes
the methods of industrial engineering and industrial engineering sense to combine the
application case. Among them, the intelligent optimization algorithms droplets cases
considered learning effect, fully embodies the consciousness of the people-oriented
industrial engineering. Smart droplets algorithm is a new industrial engineering methods
to study effects ( Industrial Engineering consciousness ) and Intelligent droplets
algorithm ( industrial engineering methods ) combination, can greatly improve the
efficiency of solving the problem . And another case, namely Case 5S management
applications in the warehouse, the warehouse 5S management made easy to overlook
the problem, 5S is a classic industrial engineering method, but also reflects the
awareness of industrial engineering. So raising these issues has a very practical
significance for warehouse improvement 5S management and industrial engineering.
This article is designed to improve business continuity maturity model and
evaluation criteria and industrial engineering review process, and enterprise continuous
improvement maturity assessment is an important part the design of industrial
engineering audit process of this paper. Finally, using AHP method for enterprise
conducted a comprehensive evaluation of continuous improvement, which verifies the
approach industrial engineering audit effectiveness. Through enterprise continuous
improvement and industrial engineering application research, industrial engineering
audit is proposed for the sustainable development of enterprises providing a new
reference.
