ABSTRACT
With the quick development of economic globalization, more and more
manufacturing enterprises participate in the global competition. Forming and
maintaining the strategic partnership with its fellow firms has been the important means
to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. Supply chain management is the core
strategic content of multinational companies, and supply chain partner relationship is
the core of the supply chain management. Scientific evaluation and selection supply
chain partners is one of the key factors for multinational companies to improve supply
chain efficiency and win in competition. The research based on supply chain partner
relationship of manufacturing multinational companies has important theoretical
significance and practical value.
This paper elaborates supply chain management, supply chain partner relationship
theory, then reviews the supplier and carrier evaluation index system, the selection
model and method, builds a supplier and carrier performance evaluation system for
manufacturing companies. Based on the index system, it puts forward a combination
method of input &output efficiency performance evaluation model and mixed integer
programming model for evaluating suppliers, and puts forward a combination method
of input &output efficiency performance evaluation model and qualitative analysis for
evaluating carriers. Then, it completes the evaluation and selection of supply chain
partner for General Electric Lighting (China), using the above method and Microsoft
EXCEL software. Besides, the calculation results verify that the method can help
improve accuracy and reliability of the supplier evaluation and selection, and has good
practical value and prospect. After determining the supply chain partners, this paper
studies the implementation and information management of partnership, which provides
the partnership management of multinational corporations with theoretical basis.
