ABSTRACT
Cosmetic and medicine that packaged by flexible tube are necessaries in our daily
life. A finished flexible tube producing requires the process of tube making and heading.
Nowadays, most of the inland tube-heading machines are manual or semi-automatic.
The workers should put the tubes onto the modules, then operate machine to inject resin
material, punch and head. They take off those finished products after the heading being
done. This kind of working methods can't meet the needs of modern volume-production
but only have many weaknesses such as low efficiency, hard laboring, bad environment
and high cost. So there is an urgent demand for a high-speed continuous automatic
tube-heading machine instead the old producing way.
According to the application situation and market requirements of packaging
industry in our nation, we have researched and developed a new high-speed automatic
tube-heading machine control system using advanced control theory based on the actual
requirements, and it has been applied to produce reliably and effectively.
The control requirement and working principle of the whole automatic tube heading
control system are introduced in detail. The key technology and difficulties in the
process of the system development are analyzed. The paper discussed the technique to
solve, optimize and present the design and solvent of the software and hardware in the
whole system. Starting from the development of the control system, a particular analysis
has been done to the system of the temperature and pressure control, fault diagnosis in
the whole system, the general structure design of the control system and the design
project in each functional module have also been expatiated, the method of realizing the
Fuzzy control in the fuzzy control for temperature system in the practice of the
engineering have been presented as well.
