随着当今行业竞争的日益激烈、产品寿命周期的缩短和客户期望的提高,
业仅仅依靠提高自身的竞争力已经远远不能适应这个市场。如何连接供应商和
户的各个环节,如何运用供应链管理提高竞争力,已经变得不再是企业的目标
而变成了企业迫切需要具备的基础。存管理事关供应链的整个流程,跨越了企
业的各个责任部门,它的重要性不言而喻。
库存量过多,会占用企业的流动资金,会使企业有资金和成本的压力。而
味的降低库存水平,会造成库存量的供不应求,往往会使客户转而投向竞争对
因此如何科学地管理库存变得急切而重要。
F公司是一家进口代理电子元器件的中国公司,其最为重要的作用是为国外
供应商常备库存来满足国内需求。本文以F公司为例,从库存周转率、每单位库存
成本和存货占总资产比例这三个方面来分析目前F公司的库存经营情况。针对F
司目前的库存以及其管理方法存在的问题,首先通过对公司产品进行ABC分类
构建库存需求预测和信息管理系统,通过分析内部员工库存控制意识的缺乏和
管理的方法的不足,引入绩效管理评估体系。其次提出用联合库存管理的方法
进行科学的管理,建立联合计划模型优化订货和改善库存。最后通过引进第三
方物流的模式缩短配送时间和降低成本,进行供应链环境下的库存和配送整合
化。
对于供应链环境下的库存管理研究大多集中于生产制造型企业,针对电子
器件进口代理商的库存管理和研究相对比较少文以 F司为背景,通过实
案例和供应链库存现代科学管理理论相结合的方法善了库存管理方法,对
业通过提高库存的优势从而提升整体的供应链竞争力具有建设性的意义,对其
同类型的企业也具有一定的参考意义。

ABSRACT
With the increasingly fierce industrial competition of today, shortened product life
cycles and increased customer expectations, enterprises can not adapt to the market by
only relying on improving their competitiveness. How to connect with various links of
suppliers and customers, and how to use supply chain management to improve the
competitiveness, are no longer goals of enterprises, but the foundation urgently needed
by enterprises. The inventory management is related to the whole process of the supply
chain and involves various responsible departments of the enterprise, so its importance
is obvious.
The excessive inventory levels will take up the circulating funds of enterprises, and
bring capital and cost pressures for enterprises. And the decreased inventory levels will
result in short supply, and normally make customers turn to competitors. Therefore, how
to scientifically manage the inventory becomes urgent and important.
Company F is a Chinese import agent of electronic components, and its most
important role is to provide stock for foreign suppliers to meet domestic demands. This
article takes Company F as an example, and analyzes the current operation of the
inventory of Company F from three aspects, namely inventory turnover rate, inventory
cost per unit and ratio of inventory to total assets. Aimed at Company F's current
inventory and its management problems, Firstly, through the A, B, C classification for
the products of the company and the establishment of inventory demand forecasting and
information management system, through the analysis of the internal staffs lack of
inventory control awareness and insufficiency of management method, it introduces the
performance management assessment system. Secondly, it puts forward that the joint
inventory management should be used to carry out scientific management, and the joint
planning model should be established to achieve optimization and improvement.
Finally, the third party logistics model should be introduced to shorten delivery time and
reduce costs. And also can optimize supply Chain Integration of inventory and
distribution.
The study of inventory management under the supply chain environment largely
focuses on manufacturing enterprises, but little attention is paid to the inventory
management study of electronic parts import agents. Based on the background of
Company F, and through the combination of practical case and modern scientific
management theory of supply chain inventory, it has improved the inventory
management method, has constructive significance for enterprises to improve the
overall supply chain competitiveness through the enhancement of inventory advantages,
and has a certain reference value for other similar enterprises.
