摘要

随着科学技术的突飞猛进及国际市场的加速一体化，企业之间的产品和服务

的竞争越来越激烈，而这种竞争主要是设备之间的竞争。设备成为企业的固定资

产中最主要、最活跃、作用最大、价值最高的要素之一。“没有金钢钻，别揽瓷器

活”就充分说明了设备对企业具有举足轻重的作用。企业设备好坏既决定了企业

产品和服务的档次，又决定了产品成本的高低，同时也决定了企业的劳动生产率

优劣，当然就决定了企业的生存和发展。因此，如何管理设备就成为 JDLB 公司企

业管理的重要组成部分。

设备管理就是根据企业的生产经营目标，通过采取技术的、经济的、组织的措

施，来对设备从规划、调研、采购、安装、调试、使用、维护、修理、报废一生进行管

理，以保持设备的完好状态，杜绝各类设备事故的发生，发挥设备的最大效益，

从而降低设备的寿命周期费用。

介绍了我国设备管理的方面法律、法规及相关标准，阐述了当今国际国内设

备管理研究的现状及设备管理的理论和发展趋势。从七个方面剖析了 JDLB 公司设

备管理存在的问题及采取的对策。构建了 JDLB 公司的设备管理系统，该系统规定

了设备管理的组织机构、相关人员岗位职责、管理程序、监控指标和设备前期管理、

润滑管理、维修管理、备件管理的流程。同时，引入并应用了设备故障与维修优化

模型及设备备件的定量订货模型。最后，总结 JDLB 公司在应用设备管理系统后所

产生的初步效果。

强调了设备维修就是投资、知识就是资产的观点，目的是号召人们是在以后

的工作中引起足够的重视，并加深对这两种观点的理解、应用，以进一步完善企

业的设备管理工作，全面提升企业的设备管理水平。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated

integration of international markets, competitions of products and services among

enterprises become more and more extreme, and these competitions are mainly from

devices. Equipment turns into one of the elements of the most important and the

activest, the greatest role and the highest value of enterprise fixed assets. "He needs a

long spoon that sups with the devil" fully demonstrates that equipment plays an

important role in enterprises. Conditions of the equipment determine not only the grade

of enterprise products and services but also the level of product cost, while also

determine advantages and disadvantages of labour productivity, certainly determine the

existent and development of the enterprise. Therefore, how to manage the equipment

becomes an important part of enterprise management of JDLB company.

Through adopting measures of technical, economic and organizational, equipment

management is to administer whole life of the equipment from the planning, research,

purchase, installation, commissioning, use, maintenance, repair to discard according to

enterprise production and operation goals, to maintain equipment in good condition, to

prevent the occurrence of various types of equipment accidents, to exert maximum

equipment efficiency, thereby to reduce life cycle cost of the equipment.

Laws, regulations and relevant standards of equipment management aspects are

introduced. The research status of equipment management of both at home and abroad

and the theory of existing equipment management and the trend of equipment

management development are expounded. Status, problems and countermeasures of

JDLB device management in seven areas are taken apart. Thus establishs an equipment

management system of JDLB company, which provids equipment management

organizations, responsibilities, management procedures, monitoring indicators and

equipment management flows of early management, lubrication management,

maintenance management and spare parts management. In the mean time, introduces

and applys optimum model of equipment failure and maintenance and quantitative

ordering model of spare parts. In the end, preliminary effect after JDLB company

operating this equipment management system are summed up.

Views of equipment maintenance being an investment and knowledge being an

asset are emphasized, aiming at calling people to pay enough attention to these views,

and deepening the understanding and applying of these two views in the future work, in

order to perfect the equipment management and improve the level of enterprise

equipment management further.
