actively seeking for development of new energy industry way. And the rapid
development of the automotive industry and the increased sharply auto possession, also
make China's energy and environmental is facing serious challenges. Save oil resources,
and reduce carbon emissions, to actively develop and popularize the use of new energy
vehicles, including plug-in hybrids, pure electric vehicles and ultimate fuel cell cars,
and to make the industry development of the new pattern of diversification, actively
promote the industrialization of new energy development become 1025 planning the
important content. So, the thorough analysis new energy vehicles industry development
present situation, in view of the development and problems in the bottleneck and
corresponding measures are also become this stereo tenet.
This paper from the two aspects of the development of new energy vehicles
analyzed the global background, is a global climate change, and the international
