CTAB、稀土(Nd2O3,La2O3)掺杂纳米磁性 Fe2O3-SiO2复合材料的研究
ABSTRACT
Nano-magnetic materials will show superparamagnetism, the coercivity, Curie
temperature and abnormal magnetic properties unlike conventional magnetic properties
of nano-magnetic materials, when the size of magnetic particles is similar to physical
length of these materials, Rare-earth doped inorganic materials have been widely used
in optical, magnetic and other fields. They will provide important protection with
specific functions of their synthesis of new materials. The surfactant (CTAB), rare earth
(Nd2O3 and La2O3) doped on the Fe2O3-SiO2 nano-composites process and optical
properties, magnetic properties and magneto-optical properties in the paper.
In this paper, TEOS and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O were used as silica and iron oxide
precursor, good optical and magnetic properties of Fe2O3-SiO2 nano-composite materials
were prepared by sol-gel technique. CTAB-Fe2O3-SiO2, Nd2O3-Fe2O3-SiO2 and Nd2O3-
La2O3-Fe2O3-SiO2 nano-composite materials were prepared after adding a certain
proportion of CTAB and rare earth (Nd2O3, La2O3) into Fe2O3-SiO2 nano-composite
materials, including sol, thin films and powders. The optical properties and magnetic
properties of the samples were measured by transmission spectroscopy, infrared
spectroscopy, XRD, ZFC / FC, VSM and other means. We found that addition of CTAB
or doped with rare earth (Nd2O3 and La2O3) nano-composite films with high
transmission rate, the peak transmission rate of the multilayer films rose to 80%.CTAB
has been removed after 400oC heat treatment. The Fe-O absorption peak promotes more
in the IR spectra. We found the γ-Fe2O3 and α-Fe2O3 diffraction peaks, but Nd2O3 and
La2O3 diffraction peaks are not found in XRD, because of low doping. ZFC / FC and the
VSM show the composite materials have good superparamagnetism. Different CTAB
concentrations, different Nd2O3 concentrations and different the proportion of Nd2O3
and La2O3 doped Fe2O3-SiO2 nano-composite sols and films can improve magneto-optic
effect. The results show that the different composite sol and composite films have larger
Faraday rotation angle, a variety of composite materials we prepared are ideal optical
materials. Therefore, you can get excellent performance of nano-magnetic composite
material by adding CTAB and doping rare earth.
