ABSTRACT
As the development of the technology improvement and the social economy,
economic integration is accelerating its process. And it challenges the company a lot.
The concept of the Supply and Demand open network (SDN) as a way of management
can help the company gain the competitive advantage. So, if the information which is
updated timely is available to all the numbers in SDN notes, they can coordinate to each
other more efficiently. To achieve the goal of coordinating all the enterprises of SDN
notes, it’s necessary to research the knowledge management of SDN enterprises. And by
melting knowledge management into the concept of Supply and Demand open network
(SDN), the enterprises inside and outside the SDN can share information, communicate
each other and accumulate knowledge resources. But there are tons of different kinds of
activated notes, and the supply-demand relationship of the enterprises in SDN notes is
complex, in order to help them to communicate and share the basic information
efficiently, it’s necessary to design the knowledge management platform in the whole
supply-demand network.
Firstly, there are outlines of the researches which are based on SDN and the
knowledge management, and the discussions of the theory of SDN and the knowledge
management.
Secondly, the three-dimensional structural model about coordination the SDN
enterprises are built according to the feathers of the Supply and Demand open network
(SDN). The three dimensions are resource, process and technology, separately, and the
three must work together to strengthen the coordination of the entire Supply and
Demand open network (SDN). And we discuss the importance and the necessity of the
SDN enterprises coordination. According to the model, we can gain what the SDN
enterprises should be comprise, and how to classify it.
Thirdly, there are some introductions about the SDN enterprises’ intellectual
people. The process of the knowledge management based on the coordination of SDN
enterprises are built by connecting the composition and the classification of the SDN
enterprises’ coordination. And we
build the power system of the SDN enterprise coordination and discuss the factors
may effect the SDN enterprises coordination.
Lastly, as for the technologic support, we come up with the idea that by using
