ABSTRACT
With the flourishing of investment fund in securities and the spreading of Internet
Technology, the website of investment fund in securities has made great development,
the number of which is constantly rising, the function of which is more and more
comprehensive, and the influence of which is increasing day by day. However, in the
development of investment fund website ,a lot of problems have been stressed, too.
Especially for how to evaluate the communication effect of investment fund website
from the angle of audience, that is an important part on the construction and operation
of investment fund website. Therefore, it is urgent to establish an objective and
reasonable evaluation index system of investment fund website.
In order to investigate the real demands of investors when they use the investment
fund website, the research results of website evaluation at home and abroad are first
reviewed, then the communication characteristics of investment fund website are
analyzed, and the audience pertinently combined with the “Using and Satisfied” theory
and others are studied.
Secondly, according to the functions and characteristics of investment fund website,
a suited evaluation index system of investment fund website which used to evaluate the
communication effect is established. This system is also obeying the website evaluation
and the data of audience study. The layers of information factors, media factors and
individual factors are the first grade indexes, which expands to 8 second grade indexes
and 32 third grade indexes. All of those indexes comprehensively evaluate the
communication effect of investment fund website by audience-centered.
Thirdly, determining indexes weight is emphasized. Method of AHP is used to
calculate the survey data collected through questionnaires and interviews of 40 experts,
and then each index’s weight of evaluation index system of investment fund website’s
communication effect is obtained.
Last but not least, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is applied to asses the
satisfaction of communication effect on the investment fund channel of People's Daily
Online, Sina.com and Hexun.com. This paper emphatically chooses the investment fund
channel of People's Daily Online to make an empirical analysis. And the relevant
conclusions show that the investment fund channel of People's Daily Online achieves a
